I bought the Lolita in black and wore them on a trip to St. Louis right out of the box with no problems. They are super comfy and cute. I always wear a size 8 1/2 so that is the size I ordered and they fit me fine. I wear the sandals for casual and at work and they look great w/ anything.

I have to admit that these shoes are so comfortable that I have them in more than one color. Also, they seem to last for years. I gave one of my daughter's a pair of these shoes and she also finds them extremely comfortable. Comfort in shoes is great!!!! I cannot say that these shoes are what one would wear to a fancy job or dress ball, but for most everything else, enjoy the comfort.

This is my fifth pair of these sandals -- they fit me just right and I can walk all day in them. I'm glad they continue to make this style.

I am a teacher and Danskos are the only shoes I can wear. I have a high instep and Dansko sandals are always comfortable. The Lolita sandals are great - the straps make for secure footing, and the footbed is like buttah. I'm very happy with them!

I have these gorgeous shoes in black, white, green, and brown...and now in pomegranate!! FIVE pairs of Lolitas and I would love to have other colors! These are the only "sexy" shoes I can wear since I have such bad ankle and feet issues. Thank god for these shoes! I would feel like an old lady with the other choices out there!

Natural feeling shoe -
I have a very high arch and all Dansko shoes give me wonderful support. I love this shoe!! I buy a pair of Danskos once a year and these are my favorite out of my purchases in the last few years. Very comfortable, you can were them with anything, and they are a great color too...I got the redish color. They last forever, enjoy!!

I love my Dansko Lolita shoes. I bought my first pair over a year ago when I had foot surgery. They are so comfortable and true to size. When I had my foot surgery I slept in them some nights because my feet felt better. Even though I have had them over a year and have worn them almost every day, even in the snow, they still look like new. I have recently ordered my second pair in a different color. They are great. Dansko sizes - clogs and sandals: hallux limitus -
I have had surgery on my big toe for hallux limitus, which I think is a form of arthritis. There is little or no cartilage between the bones of the big toes on both feet (probably from injuries plus too many high heels). Danskos are pretty much all I can wear because I need a rigid footbed and low heel. It's clogs all winter and sandals all summer, particularly Lolitas which I have in green and tan. They look great and feel comfortable, but in clogs my size is a 38 and in sandals my size is 37. I'm not sure which style is true to size, but that's what works for me.

Love! Love! Love! my Lolitas. These sandals are the greatest! I own a retail store and am on my feet all day. These shoes make it a breeze. The fit is terrific, they look stylish, and they go with everything from casual skirts to jeans. Wouldn't trade them for anything.

I love this shoe. I’ve owned my pair for, oh, I don’t know... at least four years or so. They were starting to look pretty dirty, so I bought a new pair, same size (41). THEY DON’T FIT. I measured them sole to sole and they look the same as my old ones, but my foot rides much more forward - so much so that they are unwearable. I’d stub my toe in an instant. I’m going to try 42 instead... but that just seems strange to me. They’ve changed the material for the footbed, so perhaps they made some structural changes that affect how the shoe fits. That being said, THIS SHOE IS SO COMFORTABLE. I have feet that will hurt constantly if I don’t wear orthotics. Before I got my orthotics, wearing these shoes (which don’t accommodate orthotics anyway) was the ONLY THING that made my feet feel better. They’re better than a spa day. Just watch for twisted ankles as the back strap stretches and loosens a bit (may not happen with the vegan version).

The shoes are amazingly high quality, and the fit is superb. They also have very solid arch support. Unfortunately, this means I have to return them because my feet are oddly built (a genetic thing) and I have no arches; shoes with significant arch support cause me foot cramping and horrible pain. It’s disappointing because I really want to keep them – they’re soft and sturdy and amazing! Consider them to be an upscale, softer, squishier, better-looking Birkenstock, when you’re thinking about arch support.

Persimmon Dansko shoes - quite the wardrobe star -

Great shoes -
I needed shoes quickly for a wedding, these came within 3 days. They fit great and were comfortable all night for dancing.

I never had any Dansko shoes before but had heard they were really comfortable. Since I have foot problems, I'm always looking for shoes that are comfortable without looking like orthopedic shoes! These are it! Love the look and I don't have sore feet by the end of the work day. They are pricey but worth it.

Loving my Lolitas -
I have worn these sandals for quite a few years and have always loved them for both comfort and style. I own two pairs; one in black and one in a cool pimento color. I get so many compliments on these shoes. I can wear them with skirts and slacks for both a casual and dressier look. Overall, these sandals are extremely comfortable and are a great shoe for the price.

I've worn this style for over 10 years. I have a bad back and love to walk, so the cushiony sole as well as the strong leather and quality of the design make these shoes very supportive for hot summer wear. I always buy red because it's a fun color and is cheerful for summer. Only one issue, and that is, I'm a bike rider, and the sole gets scuffed (leaves a black mark) where the inside of my shoe meets the metal on my bike. I don't wear my new ones biking. Enjoy. The best!

Cute in a clunky way, but super comfortable, great arch support – definitely on the heavy side. No break in required. Another excellent Dansko shoe. This is my fourth pair, and I'm so hooked! I've worn them to death all summer with shorts, skirts, jeans. I bought the blacks, and I will probably get the browns next summer.

My Dansko Professionals are among the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, so when I was planning a trip to France I thought - another pair of Danskos, in sandals for summer - hence the Lolita. These turned out to be only a so-so solution. My feet are narrow and while they fit overall, one foot slides forward in the sandal, and it took some adjusting of the straps to not end up with blisters, and several days for my feet to adjust to the footbed. And the sides of the sandals got scuffed right away, wearing away the veneer, which looks messy. If I had to do it over again I'd choose differently, but I'd rate these as "average," not a total failure.

Cute, comfy. I wear a size 11/42. Shoes are never as cute in size 11 as they are in, say, size 8. However, these are still cute even on my aircraft carriers. The heels are chunky in a cool way. And the heel bed is very comfortable.

Perfect shoe for bad feet - This is my second pair of the Lolita. It keeps my foot from flexing and making my already painful big toe more painful. They also look good. I'm so afraid I'm going to end up in those horrible "orthopedic shoes" so when Dansko comes out with an attractive shoe, I'm pleased.

Great place to buy!!! My first experience with Zappos was great ! So easy and fast delivery. I have had these sandals before and I was so glad that Zappos carried them because I needed them fast for vacation. The quality is the best and they last for a long time. Love this shoe - I started with the light tan and love this shoe so much that I promptly ordered black and red. I walk only, and this shoe is very comfortable. It is cute enough to wear with skirts and has really sparkled my wardrobe. It was instantly comfortable, and I have worn only this shoe since I bought it! I highly recommend the Lolita.
