Not sure it works -
My Uggs don't really look any cleaner than they did before. The regular color hasn't returned yet either. The product wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either.

Cleaner fades the material -
I was not happy with this product as it did not restore my Uggs back to good condition. In fact, it made it worse than before I had cleaned it. The material was not as soft and some of the colour was washed out, fading the material. I diluted the cleaner with water as directed... I even made adjustments for the next time so that there was more water than cleaner, only to get the same result.

Works great! When I used it to clean my Uggs, they looked brand new. I highly recommend this product if you own a pair of Uggs!!!

Works well on new stains -
The cleaner works well on general dirt and new stains, did not remove the older oil stain that was set in by other cleaners, but did diminish its visibility. Would recommend to use this cleaner and nothing but for your Uggs, don't try to lift stains with anything else first, like my mistake.

Overall it made the Uggs look cleaner. I would have given it 5 stars but the stain that I bought the cleaner to remove did not remove the stain. In all fairness I think it was a black grease stain. The Ugg water repellent is very, very good.

This cleaner worked very well. I had stains on my boots from the snow and rain and the cleaner was able to bring most of the stain out. Unless you knew I had stains there, you probably wouldn't ever know they were there.

It works!
My daughter had lemonade spilled on both of her Ugg boots. I used the cleaner, per the directions. After the boots dried, the stain was not at all noticeable.

The stain was a red liquid that had been left there for 2 weeks before I heard about the UGG cleaner. I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it. Although there was a slight mark where the stain had been it is barely noticeable and the boots actually look brand new! This product is a must have if you own a pair of UGGs!

I ordered this because I had a few spots on my Uggs and couldn't get them out by using just water...I used the cleaner and it took the spots out and my boots look great!

The Uggs that were ordered were returned as they were too tall. The cleaner arrived and was kept as hopefully the Uggs that my daughter would like to order will be restocked. The cleaner arrived leaking, the box that contained it was wet and a small amount of cleaner had leaked out.

I LOVE this cleaner. It worked really well on my Chestnut Uggs. I used a little less cleaner and more water. It still works great. The water resistant spray didn't really help for me-just my opinion.

I have a pair of classic UGG boots that are 23 years old in the sand color when they had the braiding on the back. They still look gr8!! I bought the cleaner as they were a tad dirty after 23 years. They look so nice again. Yes they have many years of wear, but being 'original' Australian UGG they wear gr8. I have 2 other pairs of UGG, chestnut classic and black Joplin, and hope they last like my ole friends have. Keep your UGG boots protected with UGG products and brush them occasionally and you will be one happy UGG owner!

Love that Ugg offers such a product. The only negative which really is not a big deal, is having to dilute the product you need to find a container to put it in then there's leftover to keep track of. But otherwise wonderful.

A Little Disappointed -
I have the chocolate mini Uggs and they were starting to look pretty dirty from snow and salt so I decided to buy the cleaner. I followed the directions exactly (or so I thought) and they ended up drying kind of cloudy looking. They definitely were not restored to the beautiful chocolate color they once were. I'll keep using it because I figure this is the safest way to keep my boots clean, but I'm not very happy with the way my boots looked.

I have had my sand colored Uggs for about 4 years now and they were VERY dirty. After using this, they are squeaky clean. I definitely would recommend using this product on your Uggs.

Worth it as it saves your Uggs!

I used this product on three pair of UGGS: my short sand Classics, my daughter's short sand Classics and my other daughter's short baby blue Classics. Since all three are light suede, they all had normal overall dirt/discoloration. They were not trashed but they needed a cleaning. I would say that the cleaner resulted in all three being slightly cleaner than before. Only thing to note is that at the top back of my boots I had some navy rubbing from my indigo jeans. The cleaner did completely remove the navy. If it did that, I don't know why it didn't do a better job removing overall dirt (unless the dirt was more ground in over time)? Worth getting and using but don't expect miracles. I also followed up the cleaning with the water repellant spray and hope that will prolong the life and look of the boots.

This is a lifesaver!
I had only had my Uggs for a week and worn them once when my wonderful fiancée dropped Jagermeister on the left one this past Thanksgiving. I still wore them for about a week until I decided to see if Ugg made a cleaner for them and low and behold I found it on Zappos (I had forgotten I had seen it before on here.) So, I ordered it, got it with the FABULOUS free overnight shipping and washed them and guess what?? The stain is completely gone. You can't even tell there was anything on there. I HIGHLY recommend this product to any and all Ugg owners.

I ordered sand color Ugg boots for my daughter along with the Stain/Water Repellent and the Cleaner/Conditioner. Repellent worked great but the first or 2nd day she wore them, she got a black tire mark on them. I used the cleaner EXACTLY as directed and it discolored the boots. I wish I never used it. It did remove the black mark, but it would have been preferable to the green hue left on the boot. I wish I read previous reviews which said to use less cleaner than recommended. I have emailed Zappos and am waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully they will help.

I am so pleased with this product. I followed the directions and can't believe how much better her Uggs look. She had a stain, that she tried to get out, and when she came home from college I tried with no success. Then I followed the directions on the bottle, and just love the results. It is a lot less noticeable after I brushed the shoes. Definitely recommend this product!!

Keeping my Uggs Clean -
I read pages and pages of reviews before using this so I felt confident and ready. Both of my pairs of Ugg Classic are brand new so I hated cleaning them so soon, but I had dropped something at dinner on them, which left a spot. I used less cleanser to wash them the first (the Chesnut pair) and it didn't lift the spot. When I dropped something on the Rum Raisin pair, I cleaned those using the proper ratio of cleanser. Again, it didn't remove the spot. It's easy to use, but I haven't had much success in lifting the spot on each pair of my brand new boots. A lot of color ran from the Rum Raisin pair. I don't have a suede brush, but didn't need it. After 1 or 2 wears, the nap lifted back up and was soft as ever. I recommend getting this just in case even though I didn't have much luck with it.

Great product!
This cleaner is easy to use and made my Uggs look great. If you need to spot clean only one boot, still, it's best to just clean both sides to ensure an even look. Once you use the cleaner, the sheepskin tightens up a bit.
