Very comfortable and cushy, like supportive slippers. They run much wider than other Mephisto shoes. I have a narrow foot so I had to return them.

Worth every penny!
I purchased these in April of 2006. I have worn them almost every day since. I need new ones now, but they held up so well! I have definitely gotten every penny's worth out of these fantastic shoes!

I really like the Ularia. I have several other pairs. This shoes seems even wider, which is fine for me, but maybe not everyone. I love these shoes--they are extremely comfortable, both dressy and casual and most attractive.

Great walking sandal -
I walk a great deal on a daily basis and wanted a comfortable sandal that I could walk in and one that would also look okay in my office. I wear skirts only in the summer and these sandals fit the bill perfectly. I have a somewhat wide foot and have worn these every day. I bought them in two other colors - taupe and pewter. Expensive, but walking 5 miles, at least, a day, these have been worth it.

Feels great out of the box -
I bought these shoes for a trip to Vegas. Ordered them on Saturday evening and got them on Tues. morning before my flight. I wore them right out of the box and they were fabulous from day one. They were never broken in and they were great. I have flat feet and the arch support is great. I have never been able to wear a shoe out of the box without it hurting my feet the first few days. I thank Zappos for their wonderful customer service.

Very comfortable shoe and dresses up great -
I have two pairs and they are very comfortable especially in the patent, dress up great. Very good support for a dress wedge. I had originally bought a Think! sandal which didn't fit over my high instep and called Zappos at about 6PM. The WONDERFUL person on the end of the line managed the exchange which I had no idea was so easy...then these shoes arrived at 11AM the next day. I am on the opposite coast from their warehouse and they got here in less then 18 hours at no charge. Zappos can teach the entire consumer industry a few lessons. I love Zappos so much now that I try shoes on sometimes in a store and make a mental note to buy from Zappos!

I really like this shoe because it looks and feels great and has excellent arch support. I can wear and walk in them all day. They run a size larger than my normal size and are wide, so I ordered down a size. Even though they are a sandal type shoe, they are very warm. Fine if your feet are cold all the time, otherwise this may not be the shoe for you.

Disappointed. Sloppy fit. As long as you walk straight ahead you should be fine. Don't back up! Unfortunately I already wore these outside before I discovered that I may hurt myself. Try these shoes at home under a variety of circumstances before you commit yourself.

Comfortable and cute, a rare combination. If they weren't so pricey I'd buy several pairs. Nice enough for the workplace in the summertime.

Comfort in a heel -
I bought this sandal for comfort, for those occasions when my pants are a little longer than usual, and they deliver. They are a bit wider than some others in this brand, and are very cushioned. There is ample room if you have a high arch, so I don't think this would work if you have low arches. They stay on well for walking around, and this is from someone who considers this sandal to be high-heeled. Most of my shoes and sandals are very flat, but this sandal works for me in spite of the heel.

Mephisto Ularia sandal -
I have only worn this sandal once, but it was a very long day and I was on my feet all day. The sandal was very comfortable - almost massaging my foot throughout the day. Very nice sandal.

MY FAVORITE SHOE -
I bought this shoe from you in 6 different colors. It is by far my favorite shoe because it is like wearing an extremely comfortable pair of slippers with a heel. I now find I let all my other shoes sit, and always pick this style. I wear these when I am all dressed up and I have worn them with jeans - perfect!!!

This is my first experience with Mephisto shoes. I have read about them, but I wasn't sure the shoe would be worth the $$$. But let me assure you, these are the most comfortable shoes and even look nice enough for an evening out. Dress them down or dress them up - either will work.

Shoes run a 1/2 size smaller than other shoes I've ordered. I’m ordering the next size hopefully they fit. I love ordering from Zappos they are wonderful to deal with.

Comfort at its best -
This is my third pair of Mephisto's Ularia. I am looking to buy my fourth tonight. They are very comfortable shoes to walk around in all day long. I live in Florida and wear sandals all year long...so you need comfort and I found it!

Not so comfy -
Having already owned 1 pair of Mephisto sandals, I expected these to be every bit as comfortable. The leather straps on these are very thin, scratchy on the edges, and stiff. I couldn't even keep them on for 5 minutes before deciding to return them. The footbed felt fabulous and supportive, but the straps made them extremely uncomfortable for me.

I don't want to take them off!
I was hesitant to purchase these shoes due to their cost, but they are worth every penny. I tried them on just "around the house" and found that I did not want to take them off. Fortunately they've gone with everything I've worn since I got them. Summer skirts, capris, jeans, pajamas... I will probably get them in the patent croc next. These are my first pair of Mephistos, but won't be my last. Thank you Zappos for great service and selection.

Worth Every Penny -
Are these the cutest sandals in the world? No, but are they out-of-the-box comfortable? Yes! They are plenty cute enough to take you anywhere. They have great arch support, which I did not expect. They also fit if your foot is a little wider than the conventional medium width. Don't be seduced by that trendy pair of less expensive, uncomfortable sandals. Spend your money on these. Your feet will thank you. And, Mephistos last for years.

Great Look and Fit -
Love these sandals! Wanted something a little dressier, good with casual clothes too, yet still comfortable. These fit that description perfectly. They are right out of the box happy feet shoes. As usual the delivery time was phenomenally fast. Zappos is by far the best online shopping experience available.

Well worth the money -
These are comfortable, nice-looking sandals which I purchased a couple of months early to "break-in" before leaving on a vacation where I would be walking quite a bit. But I found a break-in period was unnecessary. They were comfortable right away (I have plantar fasciitis. One can also lift the footbed and use inserts. Because of a wide foot, I purchased a half size larger). They're casual enough for capris and jeans and nice enough for skirts and dresses -- perfect! Pricey, but highly recommended.
