These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I need wide so the 3E was perfect. They look good and are a good value for the $$$. I would purchase these again.

These shoes are a fair value. They conformed to my feet, but that left the uppers "a little lumpy," detracting from the shoes' traditional styling. My Rockports did better for about the same price.

I have a narrow foot and find it very difficult locating my shoe size in local retail stores. I enjoy shopping at Zappos because they guarantee customer satisfaction. You can return the shoes for any reason and Zappos even pays the return postage. What more could you ask for. Thanks Zappos for being my shoe store.

Perfect Penny Loafers -
Updated, more dressy look than typical penny's. Great fit, well made (In Brazil, NOT China). Comfortable out of the box and "broken-in" after one day. Zappos service is second to none.

Troublesome fit -
I ordered the EEE width which fit the front of my foot very well, but they made the back too wide so my heel keeps slipping out. I installed those pads along the back of the shoe and now the fit is a little better, but the shoes "eat" up my socks! Overall, a nice looking shoe but a troublesome fit for me.

Zappos did an awesome job- immediate delivery. I wore the shoes the first day after getting heel plates attached. They look and feel great. I always wear them sockless with jeans, chinos, and occasionally with a blazer. They also have a natural sheen but can be worn either dressing up or down. These are better quality shoes than you normally see on eBay. Great job Zappos.

Almost a Weejun -
I bought these to replace my current pair of Bass Weejuns, a shoe style I have been wearing for a long, long time. These shoes have essentially the same look, but do not quite fit the same. It may be that they simply are not broken in yet, but they seem a bit stiff at the heel and do not flex as much as I would prefer. A nice shoe overall that hopefully will become more comfortable with wear.

Review of Zappos...Flors/Victors -
I enjoy purchasing from Zappos. It is convenient and they let you return if it is not used or tried on on a non carpet floor. I did not do this on my last order and should have but the shoe is now worn. This is the second pair of Florsheim Victors that I have purchased from Zappos.

The shoes fit just fine. However, the top near the heel had a half long by 1/8 inch gash where the original tanned leather was missing. I have used brown polish over it multiple times so it does not show too much.

The shoes were a second choice because the Bass shoes I wanted were not in stock in my size. So I decided to try the Florsheim. It is not as well made. I had the shoes less than two weeks and part of the heel started coming off. I used super glue to fix it.

I always wear 8 1/2- 9 in dress shoes, usually a 9. I ordered 8 1/2 to be safe and found the shoes to be a Good 1/2 long in the heel. I'll have to return them. Thank goodness for Zappos return policy!!

He likes the look of this shoe, but it has found them very difficult to break in. He has blisters from the shoes and has a hard time wearing them.

I had some trepidation buying shoes online since I have a triple E width and love penny loafer styles and really wanted a Bass brand. Hard to find a loafer with LEATHER soles--not plastic. I love the Florsheim Victor shoe and it fits very well. Very please with Zappos.com!

Your company has all kinds of shoes in her size and style. You make shopping fun and easy for moms, especially with hard to please teens. Then I got my order so fast. I have been telling the other army wives about this site. We have so much on our minds the last thing we need is to worry about shopping for the kids! I thank you and it could not go without saying. For so often, customers complain but we must also say thanks when service is great! Before I found your site I had already ordered my daughter a pair of Softwalks from another company and they have given me the run around and the wrong size after I called them six times about the issue. She still does not have her shoes and I ordered them before I got the ones from your company. I should have looked at your site, you even have them cheaper. Now I don't know if she will have her shoes for chapel when school starts. She will have to wear the ones I got from your company, which are not chapel shoes. She goes to a private Christian school and they are strict about the rules. I can't afford to buy another pair, for the company has already charged my credit card. If the shoes do not get here soon, I will return them and be out of more money and get a pair from your company just because you have better service. I had to let you know you will be seeing me and many of my friends and family on your site. I have already told four friends today about my blessing with your company of fast and friendly service!
