I have had these boots for about 6 years. I have replaced the inner soles twice and it makes them just like new. I have several pairs of boots in my closet but I never seem to wear any others than these. They are cozy, comfortable and cute. Just love them!

Great boot, great service -
Finally--I gave in and bought Uggs. I've had other boots, even other sheepskin boots, but never one that wrapped me in such total comfort all around, even in bare feet. It seriously is like wearing a slipper. And I think this style is much more smart-looking than the traditional Uggs, which can look very sloppy. These might even be edgy, with a workboot/motorcycle feel even. I am a 6.5-7, and I ordered a 7. They were snug, but the lining has since collapsed and there's more room now. Fits fine. Also my heel slips a bit when I walk, but I've gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me. And, Zappos is amazing. I bought them full price, then they went on sale at some point. I asked nicely and Zappos refunded me the difference!

I have had these for three years, they are incredible! Keep my feet toasty - I suggest a thin sock if going to be out in bitter cold for awhile. Totally waterproof (I get 5 and 6 inch puddles in my driveway and no problem!). They look great too!

I love my new Ugg boots, they are so cute and comfortable, very versatile. I ordered them a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear (8 1/2 and got a 9) and they fit perfect. Would definitely recommend them, nice heavy sole and waterproof, unlike the typical Uggs. Worth the money!

My first pair of Uggs -
I have resisted this brand of shoe for a long time because I thought they were so ugly. While the Ugg Brooks is a "chunky" boot, it isn't an ugly boot, like the standard Ugg. I wear a 6 and ordered a 6. It fits perfectly and is comfortable right out of the box. I am very pleased with this boot.

I love these boots! I have had them for about two months and wear them every day to work, even though I intended to wear them only if I was sloshing around in the rain or snow. I get lots of compliments on them; people say they are cute which is funny because who would think a workhorse like this would be cute? I bought them because I was at a music festival last spring where it rained for four days straight, and my girlfriend said, "You'd be warm and dry if you had a pair of these." And she was wearing these Uggs. Boy was she right. The shearling keeps your feet the perfect temperature. I cut the feet off of all my tights so I can be bare-foot in them because they are so comfy. The soles are really sturdy but not heavy, and can tromp through mud and sand and simply be brushed off. Mine fit exactly true to size, and required no time to break in. I recommend these highly, particularly for a rainy climate. My boyfriend bought the same pair and wears his with his bathrobe in the morning because they are so comfortable. At the end of the day, you will not want to take them off. Buy a pair of regular suede Uggs to wear when you get home. :)

Excellent casual winter boots!
Bought the boots in brown after doing extensive in-store and online research. They look much better than regular UGGs and they are warm and waterproof.
I can finally walk outside during the winter without getting my feet frozen after 5 min. I wear 7.5/8 and size 8 fits me perfectly. One of my best purchases this winter.

These boots I ordered were one whole size up and still very tight/small. They look nice and were definitely waterproof in puddles, but did NOT keep my feet warm, which I thought the UGGS were known for. I do not recommend anyone purchase these if you are seeking warm boots. VERY disappointed and wore them already and cannot return. Unfortunate, given the price!!!

This is the best Ugg I have owned yet. I bought these boots specifically for a trip to Steamboat Springs, CO. They needed no breaking in. I wore them w/o socks the entire time and my feet were toasty indoors and out hiking in the snow. The leather lower part did not absorb any moisture as did the suede Uggs my friends were wearing. These also have great traction and I did not slip once on ice or snow. I originally ordered the 8 as it said to order up a size and I was literally walking out of them. Zappos overnighted me the 7 and when I first put them on they were snug but within a short time they fit perfect. I usually wear a 7 1/2. I am bummed I live in California and don't need such a heavy boot. I am looking forward to another snowy trip so I can wear them again.

I love these boots! I bought two pairs - one brown and one black. They are very comfortable and keep my feet warm - even without socks! (I always have cold feet.) Expensive, but worth the price.

Great Boots for cold weather -
After trying three different pairs of these boots I'd finally found one that fits. Love them. They are comfortable and great for cold damp weather. I normally wear an 8.5 and found the 9's to be too big, the second pair was an 8 but were too tight...then I decided to try another size 8 and they fit just right. They are narrower than the other style Uggs.

I love these boots. Recently went skiing in Maine and wore them every day in single digit weather. Very warm and comfortable. I ordered 1 size up and love the fit.

Ugg Brooks boots -
This pair of boots is the best purchase I have made in years. I could not be happier with them. Yes, they are a bit expensive but worth every penny. The size recommendation was perfect. (I am a half size and ordered the next size up.) They are as comfortable as slippers but have support. My feet always tend to be cold, but these boots are the first I've found that are totally toasty warm even when it is below zero outside as it has been several times this winter. I love the leather and lug sole on this boot. This really helps with water resistance and traction. I am very happy with this purchase and have worn them every day since they arrived. Thank you for a great product and great service!!!

This is my pair's 3rd year!
I have owned and worn a pair of black Ugg's Brooks for 3 years. I did replace the insole this year but they are by far the warmest boot I have ever owned. They go on my feet at 5:30 AM and get taken off around 8:30 PM EVERYDAY. I still get many compliments on their looks and they look great especially after an Ugg water proofing touch-up. They have had far from a easy life and they don't show it. I thought this shoe was discontinued last year but to my surprise I found them right here at Zappos and ordered 3 more pairs which I put in storage for future use. This is the best winter shoe I have ever owned.

Very comfortable! They take a while to break in that is for sure. The only complaints I have are the inserts wear out very fast and have to be replaced. I am on my feet over eight hours a day in a very high paced position. I am having a hard time finding inserts that stay in place. On the up side I no longer have back pain or knee pain with this shoe. I will purchase again there is no doubt.

Love these!
These are great boots...it felt odd at first to wear them without socks, but then they actually feel better than socks! They kept me pretty warm with the exception of a couple really, really cold days, where I was also trudging in snow.

I really like these boots, make sure you spray them to waterproof them and you can wear them in the bad weather a bit. They are very warm and well worth the money.

Ugg Brooks Short, I love them they run true to size. I wear an 8 to 8.5 boot and I ordered an 8 and they fit fine. I probably could wear a 9 to have them bigger but these run a little big but fit perfectly. They’re great for the snow.

 |  | I couldn't wait until these sandals arrived as they were a birthday gift for my oldest daughter. She had pointed them out to me so I tried to remember as much information about them. I managed to grab the last pair (at that time) in the color and size she wears. Boy, was she surprised and ecstatic I had bought them for her. She wears them daily and tells me they are the most comfortable sandals she's ever had. I must thank Zappos, the friendly and courteous staff for expediting delivery at no cost for these to be enjoyed so quickly. Because of the excellent service and prices, we returned to do more shopping. Again, I was able to snag the last pair of Adidas running shoes for my other daughter, who is off to college and I insisted she needed to wear comfortable, supportive shoes as getting around campus involves a lot of walking. She found them, but was afraid they would be sold before I had a chance to obtain them. Boy, was she ever surprised when the UPS guy showed up with a gift package for her the next day! Additionally, that same day I bought five items for my other daughter and myself, which also arrived the next day. Thank you for making so many products affordable in these trying financial times!
