I love these Naots! My feet have very poor arches and these have helped me to beable to walk without my feet hurting! My doctor told me that I needed to buy agood brand of shoes that give excellant support due to my poor feet/arches. Naot brand is great for arch support. I intend to purchase more Naots in the future. If you want a shoe/sandal that looks great and gives you very good support this is the one for you!

I was looking for a comfortable walking sandal to wear while on a two week vacation. I noticed a woman wearing what looked like just what I had in mind. She told me the brand of her sandal was Naot. I decided to try a pair. I love them! They felt good on my foot from the moment I put them on. They are lightweight, comfortable and have a good arch support (I have high arches). They do not have a clunky or athletic look about them. I can wear them with shorts, jeans or casual pants. They were the most expensive sandals I have ever bought, but I have not regretted purchasing them. I would definitely buy another pair.

I need a character for heart, I truly heart Zappo\'s: prompt delivery, the free shipping and return policy, courtesy of their employees and the awesome selection of shoes. I am a Puma fan when I can afford to be, a Naot fan for the short summer: they are comfortable, come in handsome but not gaudy metallic colors. I make my own style but friends compliment my sandals so they must have fashion and class.

This Naot is more informal than I'd anticipated, but the comfort level, as with all 7 pairs of Naots that I own, is spectacular. I have a narrow foot, but Naots seem to fit just fine.

Naots are always the most comfortable shoe. If you can find a style you like; not all are "stylish". These are true to size for me and they are super easy to wear and look really nice with pants and skirts. Zappos is always the best. I initially ordered a half size too large and when I called, the correct size was shipped immediately and I received it the day I returned the others. That kind of service can't be found anywhere else.

The Naot Karenna sandels are perfect for my post-surgery foot. The footbeds are removable and easily accomodate my custom orthotics. The adjustable straps are comfortable over my surgery foot (bunionectomy and hammertoe surgery) and don\'t rub or bind in any way. The shoes are very flexible and yet provide a reasonable amount of support (for a sandel). I have them in another color as well and love them. I do wish that the upper strap was a bit shorter, but it\'s not a big deal. This is a great casual sandel!

After trying out three different styles of footwear, I kept the NAOT Karenna. I bought it for miles of walking in Europe and did not disappoint. No breaking in period. My feet which would cramp in flat shoes after a few hours fared well with the NAOT Karenna. I walked miles up and down hills, cobblestones, and never did my feet suffer any discomfort. I would highly recommend this sandal.

I have a difficult time finding shoes that both fit (i wear a size 11 1/2) and that are comfortable. I wear these Naot sandals almost every day. Easy on the feet and lovely leather and footbed.

Zappos is a great way to purchase shoes as I have purchased about 3 pairs thus far. The Naots are top quality and they fit me nicely. The material used for the intersole keeps my feet cool and dry which I love since I live in Florida.

The Karenna is my first Naot shoe purchase. I wanted a shoe that was both attractive and comfortable; one I could wear with casual clothes yet could also pass for dressier clothes. I was afraid this shoe might be too "orthopedic" looking but it was worth the try since the shipping was free both ways. When I tried it on it was love at first sight. The strap across the toes actually is narrower than it looks in the picture which gives me the look I wanted. The Karenna was comfortable from the start, the leather is so soft, and I love the velcro adjustments. I wear a size 10 and I ordered a 10 and it was a perfect fit. It's a much better looking shoe in person.

Incredibly comfortable, like all the Naot shoes I have ever tried. I have Morton's neuroma, so I need plenty of room in the toe area, and this shoe is completely adjustable. This shoe has plenty of support and is extra cushy. I bought the steel (metallic navy color) and the tan. Plain looking but reasonably attractive.

This is probably the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn. When I was told I had to wear orthotics and "lace up" shoes for the rest of my life, I told the podiatrist that would never happen. He said that if I bought a sandal with a removable footbed, he could send the sandal away and have a custom orthotic made specifically to fit in its footbed. (It also can be slipped into my sneakers and loafers, both of which have a deep removable footbed). In many other shoes and sandals, the removable footbeds often are not deep enough to fit both an orthotic and the foot. The footbed in this one is deep and the sandal is very adjustable (and very EASILY adjustable) at both the instep and ankle.

I have problem feet and am recovering from surgery. I needed a shoe that was dressy enough to wear in the evening, but comfortable enough for my swollen foot. These were great. Very comfortable and accommodating for the bad foot.

I bought a black pair last summer and the golden-mocha pair this year. They fit true-to-size and have a well-padded foot bed. Both straps have a velcro closing, so it’s easy to adjust the width and for those of us that have difficulty bending, etc., they are easy to put on/take off. This is my third pair of NAOT shoes and I love them all. They last a long time, look good, and you don’t need to "break them in" because they are comfortable right-out-of-the-box. Zappos has a great customer service policy... because we are always right! You can’t beat the free S&H and the free returns/exchanges.

This shoe is fantastic--great comfort, good arch support, and very stylish. I have been looking for a summer sandal that was smart looking, yet comfortable and good for walking--I found it! The two adjustable straps are a big bonus!

I love these sandals! They are comfortable and sturdy - good for walking. This is my second pair - they do tend to loosen up over time, and the velcro isn’t as secure as it once was. Still, Naot is a great product!

Comfortable sandal. I have foot/heel problems and this sandal allow for an orthotic insert, or not. Cradles the foot nicely and looks nice too! I am ordering another pair!

I have been an avid Birkenstock wearer for over 30 years, but when my sister visited a couple weeks ago she was wearing this pair of sandals that looked cute, comfortable and chic. I was eager to try them for myself. This was my first pair of Naot and I just love them. I have quirky toes with a little Morton's Neuroma and these are perfect because they can be loosened or tightened at the toe and ankle since the straps are velcro. They are light and not bulky like some of the Birks which makes walking much easier. I intend to get the brown pair of these since while Naot makes many cute styles and Zappos carries them, I just can't imagine liking any other pair as much as I do these. As usual, Zappos customer service is second to none. Your shoes will arrive shortly after you click the computer button, and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return, on them. It's a win-win. You won't be disappointed with these shoes though. They run true to size. No breaking in period necessary.

I ordered these in the golden mocha and love the color. They came the day after I placed my order! Zappos - fantastic service! They needed no break-in time, they are extremely comfortable and you can adjust them to fit your foot. I removed the insoles and put in my orthotics. They fit very well. I found these sandals to be true to size. They are a bit pricy, but well worth it. They should hold up for a long time with proper care. Don't hesitate to try a pair, you won't be sorry - trust me.

Really comfy shoes!
These are likely the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! They are well worth the large price tag even though they are a little less than optimal in the style dept.

From the moment I put it on, it felt wonderful. I have a very wide foot, so I was concerned, but it fits fine. I teach 2nd grade and am on my feet all day. These are great to work in.

I have 3 pairs of the Karenna shoe. I have worn them to walk 18 holes of golf. It is the shoe to wear for all day shopping. They are perfect with shorts or skirts. I wish the burgundy color was still available.
