Love this shoe.
I own about 8 pairs of this shoe in different colors. It's super-comfortable and has great arch support, which is surprising in a slip-on sandal. It goes well with all kinds of summer wear, especially skirts and cropped pants -- looks better on the foot than it does in the photo.

Surprisingly comfortable -
So many cute, slip-on sandals are flimsy or poorly made. The base of this shoe is surprisingly sturdy. It has give and support. The one small flaw is that the line of stitches that rounds the entire foot bed rubs against my bare foot if I walk long distances in them. Other than that, they're perfect. The best thing about them is the expandable upper fits anyone perfectly--wide feet, narrow feet, high arches, whatever.

Sandals seem to rub my feet the wrong way...not these, immediate whole foot comfort...so impressed I bought 3 more pairs...I see they're being discontinued and I believe if you find something you love you should insure you won't run out of it or you'll be looking for it all over the place...Zappos was quick and easy...

Wide feet!!!
I have a hard time buy shoes/sandals... My feet are small but wide. I found these online, and purchased them... within 2 days they were at my door. They are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned, and I am upset I can’t get anymore; especially at that price. I do have 1 complaint - the insides are hard to keep clean... if it gets wet or dirty it turns black, but I don’t care I still wear them out... I love them!!!

I was online shoe shopping and found Zappos, checked the Bass shoes, and there were my shoes! I love them so much I ordered 3 more pairs of them. So comfy and squooshy heels. I really love the fast delivery too!

An okay sandal -
The elastic band on these sandals is a bit too tight on my foot. If I keep my feet shoved in so they are centered correctly in the footbed, the elastic actually cuts off circulation a bit after a while. Nothing that can't be remedied with a bit of toe wiggling, but the shoe isn't cool enough to for me to want to bother. And I didn't think the flip-flopping would bother me, but these shoes are more substantial than normal flip-flops and make a heavier sound. I find myself walking more delicately to minimize the sound. I'll probably sell or donate these this autumn.

Great sandal for a day at the pool or just hanging out. Loved them so much I ordered another pair in the blue multi. Can't beat the price :) Zappos is the BEST for fast delivery. I ordered these on Monday and was wearing them on Wednesday !!

No, I did not break my foot -
This shoe felt like a large Ace bandage and it made my toes stick out like toes from a foot cast do. It was pretty comfortable although my foot made a kind of suction sound when I walked, as my foot separated from the bottom. I suppose if you have longer toes or something that it might not look as weird. I am returning them, but only because they look a little strange on me, they fit fine and felt pretty good.

I got one pair and I just ordered two more pairs! I would order a pair in every color if they were available. Sadly, only black stretch available in my size, but anyway, I ordered two more pairs of black. Very comfortable, arch support, great look, go with just about everything! Great shoes!! And can you believe the price!!

This is a cute shoe that stays on very well. I found it to fit a half size smaller so I had to reorder a bigger size. I purchased the blue striped one which goes with blue and chambray jeans very well.

It's elastic -
Width is not an issue. I have feet that are narrow in the back and wide at the toes (not exactly ballerina feet) and always love to find these elastic shoes! For looks, you can see what you get, but for a very casual outfit, they are perfect.

I purchased the blue multi striped first. The pair was so comfortable and cute with jeans. Next I purchased the bone color for both myself and my daughter. Then I went back and ordered the black ones. The flip flop somewhat so I won't be wearing them to the office. But, I will definitely be wearing them around town! I couldn't pass them up because of the price. ZAPPO's delivery and customer service are number one by far.

Cute shoe, basically a large piece of elastic. Not for you if you have a high instep. It feels like it would be comfortable if it fit. I had to return them, but still love Zappos!

An ok shoe but not the greatest :(
I can't get over the fact that it feels and looks like I'm wearing an Ace bandage across my foot! (the beige color doesn't help) I find these not all that cute in style, and not terribly comfy.The elastic band is somewhat constricting. Will continue to wear them the rest of the summer but they are definitely not a favorite. I love Zappos though, all the styles, quick delivery, great customer service.

I purchased the red multi and the khaki multi, the size was perfect, the comfort wonderful and they are a nice looking shoe.
I ordered the shoes on Tuesday and received an
e-mail that I would receive them on Thursday. Today is Wednesday and I will be wearing my red multi pair to dinner tonight.
I will HIGHLY recommend Zappos!

More flip-floppy than I expected -
It's a decent shoe, but I got the white version and it's pretty plain looking (not that I expected more). The real issue I have with it is that it does a flip-flop sound when I walk because of the stretchy material used. I'd planned on using this as a work shoe but the flipflopping makes it less professional than I had expected.

Pretty comfortable! - Good looking sandal, if you have a low arch, not for you. I don't have a high arch, and the inside step tend to hurt a little - but too cute to give up! Also, this sandal runs small. I bought an 8 1/2 and my foot barely fits. Zappos is wonderful with quick service!! I got my sandals in two days. I really like Zappos!

These are very comfortable right out of the box! They don't need to be broken in. I put them on the first time and wore them all day and each time I wear them my feet are comfortable all day. I have a narrow foot and was very pleased to be able to get these in a narrow width and they fit great!

I wear a size 11, so needless to say, Zappos is one of the only places I can find shoes in my size. I find other mail order places that do carry my size, but to pay shipping, and then return shipping when they undoubtedly don't fit, is far too costly.
I was very pleasantly surprised with the Bass Laila, as it not only fit perfectly, but feels as comfortable as a slipper! Actually, more so! (I have a hard time finding well cushioned slippers). I'm fairly young, but have arthritic feet, and it's so hard to find shoes that have enough cushion for me. I wish they would continue to carry these, as I'd buy them in every color!! Also, it would be great if Bass would make a wider selection of sandals and other warm weather type shoes. I used to own a pair of their "Sharon" sandals, and they were not only comfortable, but lasted for years! (and I'm rough on shoes). My feet have become too ugly to wear such open style sandals now, though
I love that Zappos sends them out with Next Day service! How cool is that? This is the third time I've ordered from them, and am always so impressed by their service. Returns are never a problem, which is unusual in this day and time.
I would highly recommend this shoe!!
