Clarks Wallabee are the most comfortable pair of walking shoe you can buy. Your feet will thank you. I used to be a person who after 12 hours my feet would be crying for freedom from any shoe I wear, but I can work all day in my Wallabee and don't have to worry about any foot pain from being on my feet all day. Don't take my word, just get a pair and you'll find out for yourself. Love my Wallabee.

Amazing shoe! I got this shoe yesterday and I do not regret it at all. The only problems I have are that people say "those are such ugly shoes", but i tell them that they're like pugs, so ugly they're cute! If you are considering buying these, then don't give it a second thought! They are totally worth the money and so comfortable! This is the only pair of shoes I have worn around the house and everywhere I go! Just don't wear them with shorts because they look really out of place. Amazing shoe!

These shoes are excellent for everyday wear. They offer the perfect amount of support and go with almost anything. I wear them almost every day walking around campus, and get so many compliments. They are easy to keep clean as well. I highly recommend them!

The most comfortable shoes I have EVER owned. The first day I wore them I spent 12 hours walking around a city on vacation. I still can't tell if they look crazy but I'm not sure I care! They're that comfortable.

These are school shoes for my daughter. They do the job! Kids have a limited choice of shoes with the dress code, but last year they all seeemed to wear these. Classic, comfortable, they get the job done.

Clarks Wallabee- Sand Suede -
This is a very classy looking shoe; however, the photo appears to be darker than the actual product. The color is still nice, just a bit lighter than advertised. Also, I originally ordered the Wallabee in Beeswax...didn't care for the finish (in the photo the shoe appeared to be suede which was what I was looking for) so I returned it FOR FREE, and got the sand suede Wallabees three days later! Zappos.com is great; I would definitely recommend it to anyone shopping for quality shoes.

Love them!!!!
When I first saw them I was hesitant to buy them b/c I thought they were a little odd. But once I saw all of my friends had them I got them. I love them they are the best shoes that have ever been on my feet. It is like walking on a cloud. I love them. Also they are so totally worth there money. So go and get you some they are so cute and comfy. Plus they will never go out of style. And even if they did they would come back. But for me they will always be in style.

BEST SHOE EVER!
These shoes are the best in comfort and looks, hands down! I purchased mine in November of last year (2007). Through time, I have noticed that the soles of them wear out, but not terribly bad, though. If you are thinking about purchasing these shoes, I would recommend a darker color, if you are frantic about cleanliness. The Beeswax Leather is a great choice, as well as the Brown Leather with Floral Print, that has caught my eye. I usually wear these shoes with wide leg pants or jeans, skinnys aren't so great. And don't wear these with skirts of any length, trust me, it will not look fashionable. I would definitely consider getting a half-size larger than you would wear; I truly believe that these shoes are a half-size smaller than marked. I always look forward to wearing mine every fall/winter. But seriously, if you are thinking about buying them, do it, you won’t regret it!!!

Yummy comfort -
I'll make this short...Best shoes put on these two feet ever. Out of the box and onto my feet. No socks on, but will in the winter. True to size and width perfect for a somewhat skinny footed gal. Like walking on air on my hardwood floors and walking my Jack Russell up the mountain.

Old-school cute -
I had my eyes on wallabees for a while. Having had them many years ago when they were kind of dorky it is fun to see that they have become stylish. very comfy and require no breaking in. My only issue is that I am not used to walking on the gum sole and sometimes I trip on carpet, but this is something to get used to. Can’t wait to wear them in the fall with corduroys and a turtleneck! An excellent value.

I would recommend getting these a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally wear. These are comfy.

Having looked throughout Zappos.com for a comfortable walking shoe for my trip to Alaska, I finally came across the Clarks Wallabee. What comfort! I have flat feet and I'm always in pain from most shoes, but these are great. A soft, yet slightly elevated sole and heel. I'm so glad I found what I need. Thank you.

Wallabee - Perfect -
Bought these for my teenager for her excellent rpt card - they are all the rage at her school. She lives in them. She said they fit true to size, are comfortable from day one. The only issue she had was the sole is a little strange, and so on some floors she would get "stuck", but she said that was only the first week or so.

The Wallabee.
Well, after seeing these shoes on everyone's feet for so long, I finally decided to give the Wallabees a shot. I must say that I am very pleased that I got them. They are extremely comfortable and are soft on your feet. When I spent my first day with them on, I felt that I could walk ten miles without even feeling it (and that says much, since I don't generally do things like that). As everyone before me has said, I would recommend getting them a half size smaller than your regular size. I would also recommend checking your local shoe stores for them as well. Other than the awkward shoe sizing, I love my Wallabees!

It seems like everyone has these shoes, so I finally ordered a pair. They are very cushy to walk on, but they are also a little wobbly, so you have to get used to them. I would order a half size smaller than you usually wear in this type of shoe - they stretch out and slip.

This is the second pair of Wallabees my daughter has had. She loves them!
Zappos will be the only place I buy them from now own. I can purchase them from home which is wonderful since usually we have to travel out of town to find them.

Very comfortable shoe. It does run a little big. I am very happy with Zappos. They have hard to find shoes and are such quick shippers.

It's been over 40 years since I purchased my first pair of Clarks Wallabees, but my memory of this shoe is one of comfort and durability. I ordered the shoe because I like the look and thought it would be a great shoe to wear with jeans all winter. At first I was disappointed; the look was not what I remembered; the squared shape of the front looked different. When I put the shoe on, I found the step-in-toe to be shallow and it pushed down on my toes. I wore them around the house, determined to give it a try (knowing Zappos great return policy) but the shoe was not all that comfortable. Yet, for some reason, I started wearing them outside while I did my errands. It's taken a while, but the shoe has finally started to "mold" itself to my foot and "loosen-up" and I am now finding them to be extremely comfortable. I'm glad I didn't give up and return them. It just takes a couple of weeks of wearing to "break in." I've ordered about 4 or 5 times from Zappos and am extremely impressed with the speed of product arrival, the efficiency of the return policy and the overall customer service of the company.

I love these shoes, at firsts they are stiff, but you wear them once and they fit like a glove. Make sure you get a half size smaller than what you normally wear. I love these shoes.

Totally Bohemian!
I've been looking for a brown/brownish shoe with a higher sole that would accommodate longer pants. An acquaintance of mine recommended the Wallabee, so I checked it out. After not being able to purchase the shoe in a size 5.5 (my size) in stores - of course, Zappos.com was able to meet my needs. Overall, the shoe is fantastic - some of the most comfortable I own; and the comfort starts from the first wear! Not only are they comfortable, but I am able to dress them up or down and receive complements either way. The only recommendation I would suggest is to waterproof the suede to ensure longer and more durable wear.

I have very painful knees and I need support and comfort, and that shoe really helped me a lot, I had tried so many but the wallabee was the shoe for me, one regret, it is a bit heavier. I wear this shoe all the time, in the house and shopping.

Narrow, try men's size -
These Wallabees are great, but I found them much too narrow for my feet. I bought them in men's size 6.5 (usu. I wear women's 8.5) and they fit perfectly. Too bad because I like the women's Wallabee colors. So, try the men's Wallabees if these are too narrow for you.

Awesome Shoes -
I love these shoes. They are very comfortable, but also stylish at the same time. I wear them everyday. I've had them for almost a year now and they still are clean and the same color as the original. I would recommend these shoes to anyone one who wants a stylish and comfortable shoe.
