The all weather shoe -
I have owned this shoe for a couple years now and it is the shoe I wear most often of all my other shoes. If I need to look nice but don't want to ruin my dress shoes in nasty weather, this shoe goes on. The soft footbed is wonderful for my heel spurs and there is a real comfort difference between the Birkenstock soft heel shoes and their regular shoes. I wish Birkenstock would make more shoes with the soft heel and start making AAA width shoes as their narrow is really like a medium shoe.

The most comfy shoes you'll ever own -
The cork heel doesn't make it the most attractive shoe but once you wear them, you'll see why people are so devoted to their Birks! I love the microfiber, saves an animal and looks better than suede (cleans up really good too)! The soft footbed is absolutely the best! Like walking on sand or wearing your favorite slippers all day! Too bad Birkenstock doesn't put the soft footbed in all their shoes! I have a very skinny size 9 (40) foot and these feel a bit loose but because of the contoured footbed, my feet stay in place and don't slide all over. With or without socks these feel great.

These were my first pair of REAL Birks and I am very happy with them! I got them in the lighter color about 6 months ago and they are still the shoe I wear every day. The only thing "wrong" with them is that this particular make doesn't seem to "age" like most Birks do-they stay perfectly smooth and clean looking, which is something that seems like it should be good, but personally I don't like. They do recover very well from scratches, etc though, which wear off after a few days. The only thing I would warn is that it is really easy to scuff your shoe with the bottom of your opposite foot, leaving a big black mark. But these easily wear off. I love my Birkenstock’s though of course-the comfiest shoe I have ever owned!! If you have the money for real ones, you should go for it. It is worth every penny over knock-offs!

I think earth shoes are a little more comfortable, but Birkenstocks will probably last longer. Plus, you can get Birkenstocks re-soled. These are comfortable though.

Seriously the comfiest shoes I own and I wear them every day. I got narrow and they fit my semi narrow feet perfectly. Don't get textured with age as much as I've seen with other Birks like the Betula ones, but if you don't like the fuzzier look these are perfect :) Only thing is that the bottom will scuff the other shoe if you drag one foot on the other. My favorite shoes ever and I would recommend them 100%! I have the light tan color and they are beautiful

Great Shoes!
I really love my Birkenstocks. They're so comfortable right from the start. They do feel a little wide, though. But that's okay. I still wear them all the time.

Could not be more pleased -
My daughter shopped all over for this shoe in her size. Until we found it on Zappos, we did not know it came in a narrow width. We ordered and of course Zappos delivered almost instantly. They fit and look great. We are 100% delighted.

I love, love, love Birkenstocks. I was diagnosed with a foot injury and these shoes have helped! My orthopedic surgeon recommended them and said to never go barefoot. I wear my Birks ALL the time. Zappos is an excellent place to buy them. They ship them quick and have a great return policy.

Best Shoes Ever -
Before purchasing these shoes I questioned their worth. After purchasing a pair I regret not buying them more quickly. They amazingly comfortable and quite fashionable as well. I wear them to school and they survive everything, even the swim team locker room. I thought the water would hurt them but they were fine. And a tip to those of you unaware, if you wear your sole through you can take them to a birkenstock store and have them re-soled for about $25 and they'll be as good as new. No need to purchase a new pair.

These are the most comfortable Birkentock clogs with the "soft footbed". I would recommend the microfiber over the felt anyday as the felt pills and doesn't hold up lookwise as the microfiber does. Best would be leather.

No matter what style Birkenstock's you wear they are sheer comfort. They wear like iron and can be rejuvenated to look like new when they are worn. Never go out of style; been around for years.

Just Perfect -
Bought these shoes for my daughter and she just loves them. They are very popular with the teens in our area and of course she just had to have a pair. It was difficult for me to pick a size for her-she wears anywhere from a 9 to a 10 (depending on the cut of the shoe). Her foot is extremely narrow, but long (obviously)- chose the size that cooresponded with U.S. size 10 (41?) and they were a little too lose for her-so I made an extra hole on the strap. Perfect!

Well, as cute as a Birkenstock clog can be, anyway. And they're very, very, very comfortable - like wearing slippers. They do seem a little loose width-wise, but not enough to be a problem. Zappos shipped with their usual blinding speed.

As a high school student, I wear these around school for the whole day. Wearing these with socks or tights that have patterns, stripes, or a color other than white can really brighten up your wardrobe. They are very durable and look good wearing anything.

I live in these. Can be worn with or without socks, but they do rub, slightly, if you're walking a lot without socks. Overall, very comfortable. Will probably buy more soon! Definitely get the narrow if you don't have wide feet.

The absolute BEST!
Without a doubt the best Birks I have ever put on my feet. The soft footbed is a godsend. If you thought regular Birkenstocks were comfortable, wait until you get these on your feet! I have read reviews that said these run short, but I didn't find that to be true at all. For me, the fit the same as any regular Birkenstock. I wear a 9.5 and the 40 in this shoe was perfect for me, even with socks. Don't hesitate another minute! You must try this shoe!!!

Love these shoes!!!
I wouldn't have thought it was possible to improve upon the basic Birkie, but this one takes things to a new level of comfort. This pair replaces a 25-year old pair of Bostons (which will still have a few more years as gardening clogs). How many companies can maintain such a high level of quality for that many years?
Since shopping is low on my list of favorite activities, it is a very good thing to have discovered the Zappos way to new shoes.
Well...I'm off to look for more Birkies!
