Awesome shoes! Super comfy, great looking, very durable. Great for walking everywhere, stay on pretty well. I have a pair of Birkenstock sandals that are 10 years old and still holding up. Love Birkenstocks!

Have been wearing these for years working in medical field involving a lot of circulation in unit and time on my feet, and there is nothing else that compares to the comfort and support of the Boston. Other shoes I've tried only continue to provide support for 6 months, the Boston far exceeds that, they last for years, and have had previous pairs resoled with Birkenstock soles, extending the life that much more. They are easy to clean (I use 409 on white leather), and use Corklife to condition the cork.

I love birks! These are my very 1st pair; I received them the day after I ordered them!!!! These clogs are soooo comfortable and true to size that I just ordered another pair in a different color! Thank you Zappos for the wonderful service and your great customer service, I tell everyone I know about Zappos, and it is the only place I will buy shoes!!!

Birk Boston clogs rule!
My closet offers no shortage of shoes, but nothing matches these delicious suede clogs. I have them in a warm, spunky cinnamon-brown color, and I enjoy wearing them with everything from a dress shirt, necktie and jeans to a T-shirt and shorts. (As with all clogs, wear with socks for maximum comfort but wear directly on bare feet for maximum coolness/sexiness.) I prefer my Birk Ramses (ancient Egyptian-style thong sandal crafted in dark brown leather) for if it's hot and dry outside, but my Bostons rule the roost the rest of the time.

I can't live without my Birkenstocks -
I was in an automobile accident and had an injury to my foot. Birkenstock shoes are the only shoes I can wear that don't cause pain. Zappos makes buying my Birkenstocks so easy. I love both Birkenstock and Zappos. Thank you both!

Great for nurses -
I was tired of spending soooo much for walking shoes with insoles and then still having foot pain some days. After the first few days of getting used to I have not had any pain, even after working for 13-14 days.

My Husband's Shoes :)
I ordered these shoes for my husband. He has worn Birkenstock for years so he knew he would like them. After being treated fairly rudely in a local Birkenstock store :(, I told my husband that I knew exactly where we'd get his shoes from: Zappos!!! For superior service, you can't beat you guys!!! :) And OF COURSE, I was right...Hahahaha! Anyway, he loves them!

Comfort and style that lasts and lasts and lasts...
This is my second pair of Birkenstock Bostons.
I bought them specifically for work. I can be on my feet 10-12 hrs a day. These shoes are truly the only pair of shoes I have ever bought that have been comfortable to wear a full work day. And not only are they good on the feet, they have helped my hips and knees feel better after a long day also. They wear great and last a long time. My first pair lasted 1 1/2 years of wearing them everyday all day. I truly wore the soles right off the shoe. I continued getting comments about how nice my shoes were even after I had them 1 yr. At first glance they seem rather expensive, but they are well worth the money. That's why I have just bought my second pair.
One word of caution: Birkenstock clogs tend to run wide. I have a med width foot and sometimes I will buy a wide width in store brand shoes just for a little extra room and comfort. I wear a narrow in the Birkenstock clog just because they are wide.

A Foots best Friend.
The brand new Birks. Slipped on my feet like old friends. No breaking in, no warm ups... The fit is excellent and the narrow width was perfect. My third pair of Boston's and I hope they continue making such a reliable product... I'm off to Europe in them. Thanks Zappos for making shoe purchases so very easy... Sue of the Northwoods.

Always loved Birks, but wore the open Arizona. First pair of Bostons and there are great. Once they mold to your feet, you are in heaven.

Excellent Product!
Is as advertised; I only wear Birkenstocks because of the comfort. The shoes I received are like all others I have, well made, color I wanted, etc. This particular pair took almost no break-in time. Love them!

I love these shoes! They look great with jeans or dress pants and since they mold to your feet, it's like walking barefoot. The comfort level is incredible and they are so easy to wear. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who is looking for something easy to wear and very comfortable. Definitely a shoe that will last a lifetime.

I've always heard that Birkenstocks were so comfortable, but I didn't think these were that comfortable.

I Like my "birkies". Repeat user for years. Keep it simple. "Arizona" for summer and "Boston" for winter. Closest to wearing nothing. Can wear them all day. It's all about comfort.

My review...
I haven't worn Birks in about 10 years or more. I was a little hesitant. But after the last pair of shoes that failed to keep my feet feeling pain free, I decided to go for a brand that makes their shoes good for your feet.
They are the most fantastic shoe I have worn in a really long time. NO problem standing for 8 hours a day at work. They look sexy, and make me feel hot!

My FAVORITE shoe -
I've owned a pair of Birkenstock Boston’s for four years now, and they're my favorite shoes! I wear them all the time and they're so comfortable, although it's true it does take more than a week to break them in. The suede hasn't shown too much wear. The only complaint I have is that I had to replace the sole a couple years ago because it was wearing through to the cork at the heel. Also, I usually wear around a 40, but I have this shoe in a 38 and I'm happy with the size (even with socks).

The best but not for me.
I ordered these shoes because I like them. Recently, I have developed a lot of foot problems. I need a lot of room in the toe area. Unfortunately, they weren't high enough or wide enough for me. I gave them to my daughter who only takes them off to go to bed. A happy ending.

Wide enough for women's wide foot.
I was doubtful that these shoes would be wide enough for my feet when I ordered them. But they are and they don't put pressure on the bunion area of my foot. (I had bunion surgery 3 years ago and refuse to wear any shoes that hurt my feet!) They are very comfortable to wear and have a good arch support so I don't need my orthotics with them. I was looking for a closed toe shoe that I could wear with skirts and pants to be a little more dressy than my open-toe Birks. I wish that the toe wasn't so boxy looking, but a do like the larger toe area so that my feet aren't pinched. I like my choice!

It looked nice and I chose it because I wanted a shoe that is casual and comfortable, but not this shoe. It is hard as a rock. I have to put a jelly-like cushion in the shoe for some comfort and that still is not satisfactory. All that money I paid for this shoe was not worth it.

My sister has had a pair of Birks just about forever. Although she raves about them constantly (they are almost the only shoes she wears) and I had heard good things about Birkenstocks from other people, I hesitated to buy any because the ones I've seen always seemed far too wide for my feet. Thanks to Zappos, I discovered they come in a narrow size as well, which I purchased as recommended, and that makes all the difference. They fit beautifully and are incredibly comfortable to walk in. I wish I'd bought mine years ago! I received them sooner than expected too. Thanks Zappos! I've bought shoes here before, and I'll definitely be back for more. Beats going to the mall anytime.
