Intriguing -
I bought the shoes for my husband who walks daily. We liked the style of the shoes and they seemed to be made extremely well. The sole, arch, etc. looked stable and of excellent quality. However, he felt that the first couple of days the shoes were hard and had to be "broken in". Afterward, the shoes felt very comfortable!

Hard to find size -
Bought these for my husband because he loves Propet shoes and this style is getting harder to find. I used the internet to find any place that carried them, but Zappos.com was the easiest to navigate. They are true to size (width wise) and he wears them just about every day. They last him awhile, so I would say they are pretty durable. If you wear a wide shoe, Propets in general are the way to go… stylish and comfortable. What more does a man need?

These shoes are comfortable. We ordered them in 5E since my husband has wide, flat feet. He has had this shoe before and we ordered again. They look good (a step above sneakers), are very comfortable and last a long time. Easy on/off (he doesn't even untie them). Very happy.

Not the best walking shoe -
I could tell right away that the shoe wasn't quite right. It squeezes too much in some places and is too loose in others. I'll be returning this shoe and try another one. Oh, and it looks like something a mall-walking grandpa would wear; maybe that's a good look for you, but it ain't for me.

GREAT VALUE SHOE -
For the price, this is a great shoe. It is comfortable and quite good looking. The only fault I find is the width. I really need a 2E and I had to either get a D or 3E.

My 12 year-old son finds them comfortable - a rarity.
My twelve year-old son is VERY difficult to buy shoes for because of his wide feet. The so-called "wide" widths in shoe stores are always too narrow for him. I ordered the widest width this shoe comes in (5E) and I have a happy boy. Some kids might not think the style is cool enough, but my son was so relieved to have a shoe he could comfortably slide his foot into that he was willing to put cool on the back burner for now.

I have a foot deformity and this is one of the few shoes that I am able to get broken in so that it becomes relatively comfortable.

Excellent for big & tall men!
Ordered these for my husband who is 6'4" and 245 lbs and needs shoes with serious support. He wears a 14EEEEE and we have great trouble finding shoes that size. These shoes are a dream come true for him - they are sturdy enough to support his big frame. The wide, tough soles give him a good base and prevent the typical underpronation of the very tall and he reports after just a day his feet and knees both feel very good, which is not typical at all by the end of a long day on his feet. Had them less than 24 hours after ordering too, which is unheard of when such large shoes are needed.

Shoe did not work for me. Wasn't comfortable as the Reebok DMX. Went back to the old reliable and had to send this one back. Oh and by the way. Great Service Zappos.

Ouch! You're Killing Me!
I'm hoping that there is a long break in period for this shoe. I've only worn it for about two weeks and the only way I can wear it comfortably is to loosen the shoe strings, and not tie the shoe all the way up. I was starting to get blisters against my small toe.

Shoes that fit.
I have a hard time buying shoes as I had polio as a child. These really are the best fit I have ever found. Now have 2 pair and hope they never take them off the market.
