Nice! These shoes wear well and look great. They stretch nicely after a couple of days to provide that custom fit. The soles are also good for reducing static build-up shocks. I use orthotic inserts with these, so the low arch support is perfect.

Great boat shoes! One of the best my husband has ever had!
My husband only wears a boat shoes and he is really picky if it comes to perfect size, but these shoes are truly great.

Excellent shoe. I have been wearing this model for over 20 years (roughly 15 pairs) and am quite pleased. The shoe runs slightly larger than other brands but fits my foot.

The absolute best in its class!
For the past 15 years, I have lived in Florida, where this kind of shoe is worn for almost any occasion and without socks. I have tried them all, but these are by far the best. I have just ordered my 8th pair - the older ones are relegated to yard chores, and last another 2-3 years. These are great shoes - very comfortable and true to size. The workmanship is 1st class, as is the service from Zappos. I could go on and on about how great these shoes are, but you will have to try them out to see for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

The only thing I think I should tell people is that I bought a wide size and that it was fine, but didn't appear as wide as some other similar shoes I have bought in the past. I have been wearing them for about two weeks and the leather has expanded a little thus making it even more comfortable. So in summary, the wide size didn't really look like a wide.
I gave the shoe four stars for comfort because of its stiff feel. Although the leather quality is excellent, it is definitely stiff feeling even after two weeks of wearing them.

The Schooner is exactly what I wanted: comfortable from the first minute, looks great and should last a long time. I needed a size 8, but I usually wear size 8.5. But it's also free to exchange shoes at Zappos if you need a different size. Also, excellent customer service from Zappos.

The shoe is exactly what was expected/anticipated. It was a replacement for a pair of shoes almost exactly like it that had been repaired before, but were no longer economical to maintain. The shoes have been worn and have the comfort and look that was desired. The shoe is as described/advertised. The shoe that was purchased is a unique size and width that is very hard to find and not often in stock with other stores. It was available and delivered in a matter of days. Very well done.

Pleased with the Schooner -
This is the first time I've worn a deck shoe by Sebago though I've had a number of their penny loafers over the years. This shoe is stylish and comfortable. I'll probably order another pair soon in a different color.

The leather on the shoe I received is very hard unlike any other Sebago Product I ever bought. This is the first one that was thru the mail, so I didn't get a change to "try then on". The rear top of the right shoe curls back in towards my Achilles tendon, and gave me a nasty blister.. I'm not happy at all with this pair or product line.

This is my first pair of Sebago Schooner's, but it won't be my last. I often have a hard time finding a comfortable fit due to my small foot size and high arch. These are very comfortable and with a smart look.

Good Boat Shoe -
Just returned from a 10 day sail in the Carribean, and this shoe performed very well, both on deck and on long walks ashore. Very good arch support. However, I wear a size 13, and the shoe looks very long -- Sebago should move the laces farther forward to make the shoe more attractive. Thanks, Zappos, for your continued excellent service.

Sebago Boat Shoes -
I have worn Sebago Boat shoes for more years than I care to mention.
They have made many trips up and down the East Coast from Cape Cod to the Florida Keys as well as the Bahamas, Virgin Islands, BWI and the West Coast.
I wear them for work and dress; I normally have two pairs with me at all times.

First time purchase, very pleased with the results.
I'm used to the Rockport fit, but as I couldn't get my size, (15 EEE); I tried the Sebago Schooner and was pleased with its fit and comfort. In my particular experience I used it without socks the very first time and had no complaints.

This is a great shoe. I love the feel, I love the practicality. I'm a hardcore Sebago fan because their shoes fit my feet. Of course, everyone has different feet, so your results may vary. But if you're looking for a boat shoe, this is an outstanding one.

 |  | Hello. I would like to congratulate you on your service. I'd like to share my experience with you. Recently, my 74 year old father had to have a leg amputated. While he was in the hospital, his shoe was misplaced. When he got to the rehab center, he needed to have some tennis shoes. Last night I found your site while looking for some tennis shoes with velcro. I found a pair and ordered them. Today I called my dad to let him know his new shoes would be there by the end of the week. I never got a chance. He told me that his shoes arrived today at 1 pm.
