I always buy Sebago shoes. After I tame them they last more than I expected. My vamping is too high. I have to correct it with my instep stretcher.

This is my second pair - long wearing, outlasts at least two soles. Lasts long enough that I forgot about the heel falling off the first pair within weeks until the second pair heel cushion fell off the second day of wear. Once fixed a nice comfortable shoe. Could use a little more arch support.

Best Penny I've owned.
I've been wearing pennies for over 20 years and all different brands...Johnston Murphy, Rockport, Weejuns, Florsheim. I feel that these are the best from style to comfort. Took a little to break in at first. I have wide feet with a very high instep and the 3E was perfect.

The loafer was a perfect fit. I have not worn loafers in years due to having a narrow foot, and I could never find a pair that would fit. There was also no break in time. They are extremely comfortable.

Sebago Classic, still a classic -
This shoe is essentially identical to the entire penny loafers sold in the era of l955-1970. It has all the usual features: beef roll sides, classic moccasin construction and even heel stitching, which some leave off. It is also a shoe that one can wear with anything, except a tuxedo. Leather quality is average, but even this is traditional for this shoe. It is durable: once broken in, it is resoleable, so it could last a decade.

I have loved Sebago Classic Penny Loafers for years, and have owned and enjoyed 20 pair or more. However, the last two pair I have bought have had a raised place in the insole of one shoe making it uncomfortable. I returned the first pair but kept the second. I can't wear them for long at the time, however. I will probably give Sebago’s one more try.

Extra Narrow for Narrow Widths -
I ordered a pair in 12A. I have feet that are 12A and 12AA with a 4.5 arch. My AA foot just fit in them, but was uncomfortably tight. My A foot would not hardly even go in at all, very painful. Also, the top of my foot hit the tongue in a painful location.
I'm not sure if I'll try a B width or try a different brand. One thing for sure, Zappos shipping and return policies are outstanding!

I have worn Sebago's Classic for years, this pair of shoes are too small, short. I have some that are 9 and some that are 9 and some 9 1/2. These are small. I am trying to figure out how to exchange them.

The shoe is everything it was pruported to be. I did find the initial fit to be a little stiff, but that should relax with wearing. The traditional look and leather sole add to the overall satisfaction. The cordovan color is well suited for a variety of clothing colors, and goes well with both grey and tan trousers.

Wrong color and incomplete stitching -
I ordered antique brown classic loafer and was sent the cordovan color shoe. The stitching on the beef roll came loose on the first day of wear. I am taking it to the shoe repair shop today. I really wanted the antique brown, but decided to keep the other. I have worn both colors for over 25 years and prefer the antique brown. This is the first time ever that I have had trouble with a Sebago shoe. I think you should send me the brown shoe or at least take care of the cost of the repair bill. Also the quality of the leather used is inferior to what had been used previously. Bob C

I really enjoy my new Sebago’s.
The service at Zappos is remarkable. With a little mix up in the size (shoes in box were different size than what was labeled on shoe box) Zappos exchanged them fast and easy. Zappos sent a coupon worth $15 toward future purchase for the inconvenience. I've bought two other pairs of shoes since. The Cordo Classic and the Beckenridge. Excellent pairs of shoes. I’m waiting for the Classic authentic brown to become available in my size.

Men's Penny Loafers -
I have not had a pair of these in quite sometime. My wife said I needed a pair for more casual situations.
The first thing I had to get used to was that the leather is a lot stiffer than some other loafers. However, I have been wearing them on alternate days and seem to getting them broke into my feet.
I had first ordered the correct size for my feet in an A width. When they arrived I tried them on and with the bunion on the left foot I could not wear them. So I sent them back for a B width. The B width was perfect. So I guess from now on I will be ordering B width shoes.

Good shoe - comfortable - true to size - great for the traveling I do. Would order again. Great for my big feet with narrow heels. Well built. Like steel shank and leather soles, which you don't see often anymore in this price range.

 |  | I just wanted to exclaim my gratitude to Zappos.com. For the past two years, my son has needed turf shoes for his school's football team. The local stores here in Seminole, FL don't carry these shoes. I am always hesitant to order shoes online due to the fact my 11-year-old son's feet are a men’s size, and I like him to try shoes on before we buy them. Not only have I bought turf shoes two years in a row (men’s size 8 last year and men’s size 9 this year) from Zappos.com, but they've fit perfectly. And even if they didn't, your return policy is so easy, I wouldn't mind exchanging them if they didn't fit. I ordered my son's shoes on Labor Day, a national holiday, and I still received them the next day. How do you guys do that? Seriously. My son was soooo happy to see his shoes on our doorstep today he almost fell over. Thanks again for your reasonably priced, unbelievably quick, hard to find shoes, web site.
