Comfortable easy walker!
I have these in the white color and knew that I would need a pair for fall and winter so I wanted to order them while I was sure they were in stock.

It takes a couple of days to break it in but now it is the most comfortable pair of shoes I own... I normally wear Birkenstocks but this is a great transition for an older tired pair of feet.

Comfort & Durability in a Multi-use Shoe -
Cut wider than a "B" and with only 4 lace eyes, it fits a high arch and slightly wider foot to provide comfort. It is both durable and utilitarian while not bad-looking, and a bit lighter in weight than many walking shoes.

Very satisfied with this product. I have enjoyed Eccos for several years now and have no problem with this particular style. Orthotics fit perfectly and I'm comfortable all day.

Color Description -
I ordered "icy white" and received beige/brown. I was very disappointed, but kept the shoes anyway. A review of the names of the colors of the shoes seems necessary. Otherwise, I love ECCO shoes as they are comfy, hold their shape, and the soles do not wear down even after several years of wear. Next time I order, I'll make sure the shoes are white.

Comfortable but not enough comfort to stand all day -
These shoes are comfortable for casual wear, but they're NOT comfortable to stand in all day. I work as a Sales Associate which requires me to stand and walk about all day. The shoes are overrated.

Happy feet...
Will shortly be off on a vacation that will entail a great deal of walking... know I will have great "support" in my new pair of Soft V's. Ecco has been a "glove fit" for my foot 99% of the time since I bought my first pair some 20 years ago. Thank you ECCO!!!!!!

These shoes are almost as amazing as Zappos -
I wear boots most of the time, but I'll be starting school full-time soon and will be doing a lot of walking, so I realized I would need some more comfortable shoes. I was a little apprehensive because I haven't had much luck finding comfortable shoes. These fit the bill. They are so comfortable right off the bat and they look cute with jeans, too. They aren't super stylish, but they do look cute enough for me.

LOVE this shoe -
I own a retail business and spend all day on my feet. I also travel extensively and do a lot of walking in cities and at trade shows. These shoes have proven to be the most comfortable and most supportive of all of my "cool weather" shoes. It may not be the most stylish shoe out there, but it is unobtrusive, looks good with jeans or slacks, and my feet never feel tired. I just bought two pairs so that when my new ones wear out in 6 years or so, I know I have a reserve pair on hand!

I purchased Ecco Soft V and am completely satisfied with the choice. They are comfortable, fit properly, outstanding quality and value for price. Zappos’ service is outstanding also. You can almost feel the "service with a smile" attitude. And they aim to please. I will purchase again this product and from Zappos with great service.

I bought 4 pairs of black shoes, trying to find one that would look good for work and fit a fairly large orthotic. These were heads and shoulders about the other 3 I tried (another Ecco and 2 Prospects). Unfortunately, I bought a size to small and need to return them. Nonetheless, my sense is that they are true to size (I just made a mistake). Notwithstanding that I am not keeping them, I think they will be very comfortable in the right size.

These are very comfortable shoes, but very Plain Jane type. Not the hippest or most fashionable, but certainly smart wear if you're on your feet all day.

Major comfort; not much beauty...
This is the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever found. Wonderful support, roomy toe box, lightweight: it's nearly perfect. I've worn out several pairs. For casual wear, it is all I wear other than sneaker/athletic type shoes. Yet, while its appearance is certainly acceptable (plain), it lacks any "high fashion" qualities. It just isn't pretty. They do make Ecco walking shoes with the same excellent construction which are better looking, but apparently, they are offered only up to Size 42 (Eur.). I need a 43. This has been a major disappointment for me with regard to Ecco Shoes. Still... If you are looking for a walking shoe in a 43, I do not believe there is a better one around.

Great all purpose run-about shoe -
I love them. The only problem I have is when I walk into the garden and if mud or grass clippings get stuck on the soles, especially the sides, I have a hard time brushing them off. The bristle on the brush, even very firm ones don't do a good job, so I end up having to scrub the sides under running water with cleanser to get them clean again. The ECCO impression on the bottom of the sole always seems to have debris firmly stuck in it.

Great shoes!
I love these shoes. I had a pair that was black suede and wore them out! The leather version is just as comfortable and looks great with slacks. I can wear them all day, no problem.

Worth the wait!
We had to wait 11 months for these to be available in black and so bought 2 pair to send to my friend in Holland. She adores them for their comfort, versatility, softness over older feet without bulging on the outside. Great pants shoes.

Orthopedic Comfort -
These shoes are a standard for me. The insole comes out allowing me to put my special made orthopedic insole inside. I like the look of this shoe much better than I do regular "orthopedic shoes".

Great Shoe for Serious Walking -
I bought these to replace ones in the same style from 6 years ago. Without breaking them in, I was able to walk 8 miles during a day of sightseeing in Washington D.C. My older shoes are still in use for weekend projects - they really last! If your feet are on the top end of their size range, order the next size up.

Pretty Good Shoe -
This is my fifth pair of this style shoe from ECCO, but the first I've purchased from ZAPPOS. Maybe ECCO has made some modifications to the shoe since my last purchase (over 2 years ago) but this pair wasn't as soft and the removable insole wasn't as nice. However, it is still a comfortable shoe but I think I will order directly from ECCO to see if there is any difference.

First time Ecco purchase -
I like the shoe because it's not as cumbersome as other sneaks. I found the size to be a bit smaller than normal. It's a great walking shoe.
