Love the shoe. Washes easily in the washer. No shrinkage. As always Zappos is number 1 in my book. No need to waste gas and drive all over town. They have what I want, when I want it.

Great classic shoe. The fit was right on for the women's 8.5. The only complaint would be that they do get a little squeaky.

We ordered 2 pairs of Vans classic slip-ons, one in navy & one all white, for my son's birthday. After hearing his description of what he wanted, we went to Zappos and found what we hoped would "fill-the-bill". We are satisfied with our purchase & my son is very happy with his new shoes, which are exactly what he wanted.

Bought these shoes for a friend. She loves them. I had been looking for the red and black checkered Vans everywhere in stores and ended up finding them here for super cheap. Fast shipping and very satisfied. She's worn them almost every day and says they are super comfortable. Very satisfied customer. True to their size.

I haven't had a pair of Vans slip-on shoes in such a long time. These are great and are just as casual and comfortable as I remembered. I wear a mens 13 and ordered these in charcoal (canvas) 13s and they fit perfectly with or without socks. I am very happy with this purchase! Also, I don't know how Zappos does it, but I ordered these shoes yesterday around 6:00 pm and they were on my doorstep when I woke up this morning! Amazing service!

Classic Vans. Shoe tongue is a bit stiff and not as easy to slip on as I hoped but I expect it to soften over time. Could use more sole cushion, but, hey, it\'s cheap and simple.

Purchased for my husband who needed a pair of non leather shoes to wear. These are once a year shoes so can't say how they hold up but they looked great and are reportedly very comfortable. Also, we walked across a dusty field and they were still creamy white when we arrived at our destination. They actually repel dirt. Note that I bought a half size smaller and they fit perfectly. As usual, Zappos service was impeccable.

These leather Vans look great! I love them and would buy them again! Zappos has the best service, and shipping is so fast, less than 24 hours! Order at night and they are here the next day!

I absolutely love these shoes. I never wore these in high school, but now that I\'m in college, I needed a shoe that was comfortable to walk long distances. They also look very cute in most outfits. I\'m a Vans lover now.

I have several pairs of Vans slip-ons, so I’m already a big fan. They don’t offer much in the way of arch support (I have to wear inserts), but they wear well, and are, overall, a great shoe.

These shoes are the best for the summertime here in Arizona. The only thing that is bad is that you need to get them a half size bigger because they are so narrow.

This slip-on in half sizes was proving impossible to find in local stores. Zappos had it to me within 36 hours of my call. It was exactly right. This is a simple and durable shoe. If a sock could be a shoe, it would be this.

I enjoy my shopping experiences with Zappos. My son wore Vans many years ago when he was 15. He wore them out. I was so pleased to see them on Zappos at such a good price. Quality service and fast delivery. No problems at all. I would highly recommend Zappos.

I love these shoes. I wore these a lot in high school my freshman year, but I quit wearing them for a while. Now I'm completely in love with them again and wear them all the time. Vans are a great casual shoe.

Van's black classic slip-on is a utilitarian thing of beauty. In terms of style, it covers a multitude of sins, from cutoff jeans to slacks & a sport coat. Size: go up a half-size. Did I mention that the Van's classic is comfortable? It's comfortable.

I ordered a pair of black-on-black Vans in my normal size 12, but they turned out to be way too tight. I gave them six wearings, hoping they\'d break in, but they didn\'t. On the seventh day, after only about 2 hours, my feet hurt from wearing them.\r\n\r\nI sent an email to Zappos\' customer support to see if there was anything they could do. They said they normally couldn\'t accept back shoes that had been worn that much, but they\'d make an exception for me as a first-time buyer. They sent me a pre-paid return label, and shipped me a pair in size 13 for overnight delivery even before I returned the size 12s.\r\n\r\nThe size 13s are very comfortable. They\'re lacking in support for my high arches, but that was easily remedied by some Dr. Sholls inserts, and I\'m now walking on air.\r\n\r\nThis is a seriously cool company with regard to customer support and satisfaction. It doesn\'t get much better than Zappos. I\'ll be a customer for many years to come.\r\n\r\nThanks, Zappos!

Van Classic Slip-On Shoes - Black and White checkered. Well, my mom got these for me for school, and I have to wait until school to wear them. But I can say that when I tried them on the first time, they were very comfortable. They were very comfortable to walk around in too. And the free shipping was one of the best parts for my mom! And it only took 5 days to get here! I got the black and white checkered shoes. My dad said they're boy shoes, but my mom and I say they're for boys or girls. I'm just really tomboy. I love Zappos!

I ordered what turned out to be the last white pair of Vans in my size last night at 6:30PM West Coast time and received them at 4:00 this afternoon...what a speedy delivery from Zappos!! (Sorry if you want them too, but I'm sure they'll be back in stock soon) I love the shoes. The color is a nice soft neutral, not glaring white. I have some paralysis in my legs and feet and wanted an easy slip on shoe to wear this summer that would stay on my feet and offer some support. They seem to fill the bill. Thanks Zappos!

 |  | Hi Fabulous Zappos Team: Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Barb and I just finished reading an absolutely delightful article about your company and corporate culture. I was so genuinely impressed that I wanted to send you all a note of thanks. Thanks for being the genuine article! My entire adult work life I have tried to promote a happy, customer focused work environment. While I have always been extremely productive from being authentic and caring, certain supervisors looked at my ways as being suspect and a little weird. Yes, it's true they felt a respectful, caring attitude was a waste of time and actually did not care if their current customers were satisfied. How they didn't equate that current happy customers equals monetary success now and later through referrals is still beyond me. They also never "got it" that their incredibly high employee turnover cost them dearly. Trained, happy people produce positive results. I worked with a company as a manager for the past 8 years that went through 29 managers in the 2 locations closest to me in my 1st two years of employment. Finally I decided to leave after not being able to effect positive change in my boss. Amazingly at Zappos the positive goes CEO down and back up - way to go! Being the eccentric optimist I am, I left my job and figured I'd have a great job in no time. Unfortunately, I am still looking for a positive, proactive position and was getting a little blue until I read the article tonight about Zappos. The great news is that my faith has been restored. There actually is a company that values what is really important and not just in a PR lip-service kind of way. I wish you all enormous success, big bucks, and happiness. I hope that your corporate culture spreads out like wild-fire to other businesses so that people like me who live it and believe it can experience it in our careers. If my husband wasn't off serving in Iraq, I'd probably be there beating down the door for a job, but it is in extremely bad form to sell the house and move away while the husband is out of the country for a year.
I most sincerely appreciate: Your Zappos core values that you really follow. Your supporting your employees to learn more, be happier
