 |  | Dear Zappos: I have been a loyal customer for many years (many!) and have told numerous people how fab Zappos is. I literally don't shop anywhere else for shoes because Zappos has it ALL! Lately, I have been finding that I am between sizes on at least a dozen returns I have made to you in the last few months. However, I am persistant, and just recently decided to try open toe or slingbacks to accomodate the between size problem. I just want to let you know that I take a lot of time picking out the various shoes and a lot of times lately, they just aren't working for me, thus, the many returns as of late. I want you to know that I make every effort to get them right back to you in the event that someone else is waiting for that size/pair. Anyway, I do not take my shopping lightly, and just want to thank you for processing my many returns/orders and listening to me carry on about my size issues.
