Ordered these for my husband. He has large very wide feet and has a hard time finding shoes that are wide enough. He usually wears Allen Edmonds 4Es, but they do not make a casual slip-on like this. So his Zappos addicted wife turned to Zappos.com for help. He reports that these Hush Puppies are very light and comfortable. They are just okay in the looks department, but nothing special as they are very plain. Why I gave them an average 3 stars for style. He's keeping them because they fit! The color is a true chocolate brown with no red in it.

I bought these for a trip to Italy where I knew I would be doing a lot of walking through stone paved hilly medieval towns. It turned out that I didn\'t wear the other shoes I took because these were so comfortable. If you\'re a 12 D they should be just right. Also got props for style from my English son in law for what that\'s worth.

I'm glad I bought this pair of shoes. I am a trainer and I usually am standing most of the day in front of the class. These shoes are so comfortable. They look good with formal pants or a pair of chino pants. My colleagues wear black running shoes during class so that they're comfortable while teaching. But I didn't feel like doing the same, so, I tried these shoes and I feel good that I did. I get tired at the end of the day, of course, but my feet don't.

Excellent shoe. Very comfortable with minimal break in time. You may need to order a 1/2 size larger than you normally do. The shoe fits me fine in the size I normally wear but seemed a bit tight until it broke in.

Zero-G are the comfy Hush Puppies -
These shoes are very comfy. Slightly ugly with their blank top, but they kind of look like boots then your pants hang over them. Zero-G hush puppies feel like sneakers, which I like. Normal hush puppies are OK, but nowhere near as comfy as these.

Nice slip on shoe.
I like the top stitching on this shoe; it gives it a nice look. Easy to slip on and off. Often this type of shoe is heavy to wear but this one isn't.

Finally a fit -
I tried many shoes of this sort, attempting to get a size 12 that fit. The others were too large at 12, too small at 11.5. These are perfect. And they look good (or good enough anyway).

Great lightweight shoe!!
Bought this for my 14 yo son, who has a wide foot and dislikes the feel of "dress shoes" These shoes pass for dress shoes in the black, and are as comfortable as his sneakers, he says.

Great shoes -
I've had them for a week or so now and I really enjoy wearing them. The dark brown leather and cut is classy. It works great for work and play. I have wide feet, so I normally have a problem finding shoes that actually fit like they are advertised. Not a problem with hush puppies. I expect I'll be purchasing more of this brand in the future.

EXCELLENT SHOE -
Shoe wearer is an 84 year old, WWII veteran who
is diabetic, has neuropathy in the feet, poor flexibility and poor leg circulation.
The shoe is an excellent soft wearing, good arch support, step in shoe that give the wearer ease & comfort.

Comfort in a "cross-over"
My husband wears a size 15 and thinks that anything other than a hiking boot/shoe makes his feet look huge. He's very pleased with the look and feel of these and wants to buy them in all colors available.

Comfy and stylish -
I have wide and achy feet, and these shoes are just great. I slipped in and walked away, in fact they were the only shoes I took a two-week European vacation and they looked great under all circumstances and felt excellent. Highly recommended. I did have to put in a pair of store-bought insoles to take up a little upward slack.

Great feeling, but stinky -
The shoe looks and feels great. Very enjoyable to wear and took no time to break them in. My only complaint and not a small one is that they smell terrible and after wearing them for only a day, my socks were disgusting. Hopefully the smell will wear off after some time.

Hushpuppie's Lunar II -
I owned the Lunar I shoes for 3 or 4 years and wore them to work everyday for six months out of the year. I walk continuously on my job. These shoes have been the most comfortable I have every owned. My old shoes were worn out--so I had to purchase the Lunar II shoes. I have had these for a couple of weeks and they are just as comfortable as my old shoes were. I would recommend these shoes. You get quality shoes that last for many years even with continuous wear.

Easy and Comfortable -
The shoes are light and comfortable. Unlike some slip-on styles, they are easy to get on and off, but still feel secure on the feet. They are a touch loose as compared to lace-up shoes, but about par for the course for slip-ons.

Old Time Favorite -
Had not had a pair of these in decades but ordered them looking for pure comfort and they

Very comfortable casual shoe -
I ordered this shoe to wear at home and one weekends. I wanted something that I would wear 16 hours a day without feeling the need to take off. These fill the bill. If I could shower in them, I would.
