So disappointed...
How cute are these? So cute...but if you have a steep slope on your foot b/c of a high arch, keep shopping. I couldn't get my foot in the shoe (past the straps) in my normal size, but I had also ordered a size up and they were ridiculous big and still cut across the top of my foot. I was also disappointed in the sole-plasticy, not practical for running errands or being on the go in icy or wet weather.

Very comfortable!
I don't normally buy Clarks because they all have the same "look", but these looked very different and the stitching on the sole didn't stand out like it always does. And SO VERY comfortable! I bought them to wear on vacation and I could wear them all day with no problem.

The little black shoe -
This is a great shoe to wear to work if you have to stand on your feet all day. Very, very comfortable and it's cute. The only thing bad was the first day or so I got a little tiny blister were the criss cross is on top of the foot. But after a day or so it was just fine. I really enjoy this shoe.

My favorite shoes -
I got these in burgundy, and they are very comfortable and very cute. I love the cut out designs and the baby doll look at the upper part.
They were a bit of a problem with my heel walking out, and I got some Dr Scholl’s and that fixed the problem. Very comfortable for all day on a concrete floor. Good looking and support.

I bought these in red, and they are so cute and comfortable! I can walk as long as I want, and they feel great. I'm going to order another pair in another color. The size and width were perfect.

Very good looking shoe. I wanted a nice looking but comfortable flat shoe for work. The leather was hard at first and the first time I wore them to work, they rubbed blisters on my little toes and the back of my right heel. However, they were much more comfortable after that -- no more blisters or discomfort. They are comfortable, but since they are flats, they do not have as much cushion as a thicker-soled shoe could offer. I've ordered shoes from a couple other online stores, and they just don't come close to Zappos' fast delivery times.

Nice - but not for me -
This is a very pretty shoe but plan on wearing it with trouser socks. I was hoping for a softer shoe that could be worn without socks. I followed the advice of several reviewers and ordered a half size smaller. The toe box accommodated my foot well but it still felt small.
A larger size might have worked better.

Great all-around travel shoe -
The very first time I wore these shoes, I walked more than a mile with a 20-pound toddler on my shoulders. The result? I had the tiniest little blister on the back of one heel, but otherwise, my feet felt great. Since then they've just gotten better--recently trekked all over Italy with them, and they were a cute and comfy choice that paired equally well with jeans, skirts, capris, you name it. They are easy to slip on and off and felt slightly roomier than the stated size, but even without socks, they stay put when you're on the go and feel stable and supportive. Recommended.

I LOVE THIS SHOE!!!
I have bunions on the inside of both feet so I need to wear a wide width shoe so they are not aggravated. There are a limited number of shoes in a wide width...This shoe is not only available, but extremely comfortable and CUTE! I love this shoe!

I have a high instep and narrow heel, so gapping at the back and pinching over the top can be a problem for me. This is my first pair of Clarks in a long time and I have to say they fit well considering. I would have preferred elastic straps and a slightly higher heel -- this is only 1 inch but nevertheless I can wear them with slacks, skirts or dresses, even at this heel height. Like the deep, unusual color, can wear year round.

Comfort and Style Galore -
Great shoe! I ordered brown and was pleased with the color (a "true" brown) and comfort. Wish I had ordered both my normal size and a half-size smaller to choose the better fit (since return shipping is free). My normal size is a bit big, but the fit is okay with trouser socks.

Very purple.
The color of this shoe is very purple, not burgundy or plum. The heel is loose and tends to slip off completely at a fast walk. Very cute though and received compliments.

Darling style for a comfort shoe...
I will order in a different color. The teal color I ordered is a very green shade. The fit is very good -- the length & width on size 9-1/2 is perfect, although the arch support could be better.

Great walking flats!
I bought these because I had no casual black flats, just a pair of sneakers. These work great for the office or with jeans. I walk uphill, downhill, and for several blocks to get to work, and these shoes are GREAT.

Very Nice Work Shoe -
This shoe was very nice right out of the box. I have to walk several city blocks to my workplace and they felt quite comfortable the first time out. I think with a few more wearings, they will become one of my favorites. They also are dressy enough for both pants and skirts.

My only point of concern with this shoe is that it really feels larger than I expected - I wear a 12, and in this shoe, I could probably wear an 11 - I kept the shoe because of the fact that I can wear it with socks, etc. Nice shoe - just larger than I expected.

A cute flat for work -
It's not easy to find shoes that are comfortable all day long, allow lots of lunchtime walking and don't look at all frumpy. I liked these so much I immediately ordered a tan pair. Clarks is known for its quality too so I know I'll wear these both a lot.

I ordered a size 8W in these shoes...my typical shoe size, but I will still have to get my cobbler to stretch them to accommodate my wide foot. Certainly a comfortable shoe and a great basic flat!

These were my second pair of Clarks. At first the decorative strap across the top was tight, but the shoe was so comfortable for walking I couldn't believe it. I have wide feet and a couple of years ago I broke my foot and I've had nothing but trouble since. I could never find anything comfy to walk in and this summer I'm going on a vacation with a lot of walking. When I got these shoes at first I thought the strap was too tight, but I wore them for a few hours at home and they loosened up. The little tightness was forgotten with the comfortable insole of the shoe. I know if I wear them a little bit before vacation they will work. The difference between a few hours of wearing them was a big improvement. Only people with wide feet might have this problem. I loved they way they looked on my feet, casual yet dressy enough for work and church. Since I ordered these I've bought a third pair of Clarks and I'm becoming a sold customer of Clarks. I never thought I would by shoes "on line" with my feet problems, but my friend convinced me to give Zappos a try. Now I'm saying try them, you'll love them!

I like these shoes. They are very comfortable. I've worn them almost every day since I got them. They are a little large for me, but I think I'm in between sizes. As a young adult, I was a medium 5. Now, my feet are fat, so it's hard to determine my actual size. I took the shoes on a trip in which I did a lot of walking and I never felt uncomfortable or tired.

Cute, but a bit big-
I really like the color of these shoes, and they look cute. They seem a bit bigger than I expected, and that's saying something from someone who wears 11W and can't usually find cute shoes that fit. Experiment with the size, but give them a try.

Way too big -
I normally take an 11 but I probably need a 10 in this shoe. There's no way to determine comfort since I can't keep the shoe on my foot.
