After three podiatrists and 6 shots of cortisone, what solved my bone spur, bursitis, and plantar fasciitis related to high arches was finding these Dansko shoes. These shoes support the arch, make the foot so happy, and are so comfortable that I wear them every day! I most highly recommend them if you have high arches, the beginnings of foot pain, or stand a lot. As a high school teacher, I need to be on my feet all day. With these shoes, my feet are supported and I have no foot pain! They do not show the wear and tear, and are built to last. Enjoy yours!

Okay, I really wanted a pair of Danskos Professional Patent in Navy. I had seen them at a store and loved them immediately. In the store, the size 38 fit me (normally, I wear size 7.5), so that's what I ordered online. But they were so big, they completely flopped off my feet, although I had read that's how they should fit. I ordered another pair of 38 and one foot fit better, but the other would come off when I walked. A coworker told me to get a snug fitting pair because they stretch, so I also ordered size 37. The size 37 felt almost perfect, but a little tighter than I thought they should fit per Dankso's website. Then while doing research, I read that Dansko and Sanita had a falling out and that Danskos were made in China, which I didn't like at all. I looked at the pair I had and sure enough, they were made in China. I ended up ordering Sanitas because I just couldn't figure out the right fit for the Danskos. The Sanitas ended up fitting better and felt more comfortable, but didn't look as nice as the Danskos. It's very unfortunate and I wish the Danskos had fit. I can't say enough nice things about Zappos customer service. I ordered several pairs just to figure out the fit and am so glad it came with free shipping. The rep who handled my first exchange was so nice and even got the Danskos out in time for me to get them the very next day.

I purchased these shoes originally 6 months ago when they suddenly developed the "dreaded Dansko squeak". I called the customer service number at Zappos and expected be told I had the shoes too long to return or exchange them as I really wanted because they are so comfortable to wear. I am a nurse who works 13 hour shifts in a busy hospital. Instead, I was delighted to hear from my new best friend at customer service that they would be happy to replace them free of charge with a brad new pair! Thank you so much Zappos and especially "Rian" who sent me a personalized card with my shoes for such a great experience, you are all awesome!

These navy patent Dansko clogs are fabulous. The navy is just the right color, and the patent is a fun shine for a comfortable shoe. Dansko clogs are so comfortable, I can walk and scooter all day without my feet hurting the least bit. The fact that they are a bit high (1 inch) is a nice bonus for a comfortable shoe. They look better than casual.

I ordered so many shoes looking for a right fit for my job as a CNA soon to be RN. These need to be worn in for about a week and then are so comfortable. They match everything because of their color and I have received so many compliments on them!

I received great comments because of the color of the shoes. The most important thing is that they are super comfortable. They are even more comfortable than my Sanita Shoes. I am definitely going to continue buying from Dansko because they provide wonderful comfort for long hours of walking or standing up at work and in rushy times.

Dansko Professionals are one of my all time favorite brands. They are so comfortable and cute. Really love the Petrol Patent, I have received many compliments on them. They can be worn with jeans or for dressing up. I wear an 8 to 8.5 in most other shoes and the 39 fits perfectly. I would recommend these to anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet. The "Professional" style is much more comfortable and less clunky than the regular styles. Of course all of that being said, Zappos is always best in sales and service.

I am on my feet all day and this clog feels absolutely wonderful. The sole is incredibly supportive, not mushy. I have owned a pair for 6 years, and the only reason I got another is for the variety in color. They last forever. My old pair is as supportive as the first day I got it. My new pair is shiny and beautiful. FYI: It is designed so it does not hug your foot, and is more slipper-like in fit. If you are looking for a nice pair of extremely comfortable clogs, this is it. Worth every penny.

I really love the look of these shoes and was so excited when they arrived. Unfortunately they are not good for my feet, I have a high instep and these shoes were very difficult to wear for me. I ended up selling them to my girlfriend and she loves them and wears them nearly everyday. This style is just not right for my foot! :(

I bought these in the Petrol Patent color. I love them! I'm a nursing student and am graduating in December 2009 and have been wearing them during my 12 hour shifts. These shoes are so comfortable and my feet hardly hurt anymore. And I've gotten a lot of compliments on the color! I highly recommend these.

I can't stop looking at these shoes! They are so great, unlike anything I have ever seen. Super comfortable, too! My new favorites! Only downside: they can get scuffed, being Patent leather. I don't know how to fix that!

Being a nurse and having plantar fasciitis, finding a good shoe is an exercise in futility. I took a chance and ordered Dansko shoes from Zappos (the best). These shoes are wonderful! I love the support and comfort. My feet are not tired after a long day of work. The Petrol look is fun and unique also. The only downside is that my custom orthotics do not fit in the shoes, but I feel the shoes offer so much support, that my feet have been fine without the orthotics. I have recommended Dansko shoes ordered through Zappos to all my co-workers.

First off, love the Petrol color! It's the coolest thing and would probably look good with just about any everyday run of the mill/hospital uni-code scrubs. My only issue is the size. I ordered these in a 39 and wore them around the house for a few tics. They were flopping all off the back of my foot! I normally wear an 8/8.5. most of my tennies are 8.5 and of course when you work 12s you need a little extra swell room, but these were just too big. I'm returning them for the 38s. I should be good with those. These still get 5 stars; these are my first pair of Dansko and it's not Dansko's fault that I'm not familiar with their sizing.

I love this pair of Danskos. The first time I wore them was the the rain at a football game for my daughter\'s \'senior nite\' (she\'s a varsity cheerleader). There was no damage or change visible at all from the wet conditions. I wear these ALL day starting from DAY ONE; I guess it must be the shape of my feet. I wear a 7 1/2 in a dress/regular shoe and I wore a 38 in these; I also always wear a 38 in Birkenstocks. I have had Dansko\'s before and have always found them to be comfortable and to wear well. I also enjoy the extra 1 1/2 inches in height I get without actually feeling like I am wearing a real heel (i.e., pain pressure in the metatarsal heads). I keep checking to see if/when a pair of Dansko\'s that I like go on sale, not because they are unreasonably expensive but if you can get them for less, then why not? Well worth the price though. I find them to be consistent in size from one style to the next within the brand.

These Dansko Petrol Patent are the greatest shoes! They are so comfortable and durable. And they look really good, too! I get compliments on them daily. I wear them all the time; I could get rid of all my other shoes, I like these Danskos so much! Nothing but rave reviews! And they hold up really well in the wet soggy weather we have here in the PNW.

I live in Texas, and with his order going to Michigan, he has to deal with much colder weather, he has a greater need for his comfort in their colder weather.
