Good for narrow feet -
I was a bit reluctant to buy this style shoe, but with very narrow feet I decided to give them a try. I like them a lot. Very comfortable. Strap is adjustable, so they fit very well. Look cute with pants.

Where have you been all my life?
LOVE these shoes. I have enormous feet (size 13), and have been pining after a pair of nice, sturdy Maryjanes forever. These are PERFECT. They are the most comfortable things ever, good quality...LOVE the inserts (like eggcrate mattresses for your feet), and they are nice and sturdy, likely to last a while. I will almost certainly be buying more SoftWalk shoes.

Great shoe -
I have several pairs of Softwalk shoes that I ordered in an 11w they are a little big but work. When I got these maryjanes I ordered my real size 10.5ww and they fit wonderfully. I wore them all day for three days at our conference where I was required to be on my feet for 10 hours a day. They worked great. The arches could be a little higher. Now all they have to do is figure out how to make really cute shoes comfortable!

This is my third pair of these shoes. I love them! They are no longer carried by any retailer in my area so I have to purchase them online. The sizes run true.

I have many foot problems. Including metatarsal calluses for which I have found no relief until my new SoftWalks. I like the adjustable strap because I have to order a size larger to accommodate a botched foot surgery on one foot. The Jupiter is very lightweight, and keeps my feet cool and dry. I will be buying additional SoftWalks as I can afford. Appreciated the speedy delivery!

The inserts that come with the shoe are very "cushiony" and comfortable. They stay that way and seem to mold to your feet. They needed a little breaking in to soften the leather, but after a couple of wearings are fine and comfortable.

I wear these for 14 hour days on the airplane. This is my second pair, and I love them. I had my last pair for 3 years, and only got rid of them because they started to stink after that long!!!

Hard on shoes - these held up!
I have had a single pair of these for five years. Winter, spring, and fall - they have been through it all. I wore them on a walking tour of Manhattan - 11 hours on my feet and we walked 14 miles and, while tired, my feet were in great shape at the end of the day. I am 5'11" tall and heavy and there is little wear on the soles and the insoles have compressed some, but are still better than most. Only complaint - when wet, they bleed quite well! I have a high instep and had to make a new hole on the strap would be my only other comment.

I had great hope for these shoes... Lots of cushioning, simple all leather moderate heel. My feet are very flat and hypermobile. These shoes were very tight. The length was OK and they were not bad when standing, but when I took weight off my feet, it felt a full size smaller. Ouch! The cushion was delicious, but the fit was weird.

Morton's Neuroma -
I have Morton's Neuroma so I needed a good shoe with a large toe bed. It works fine but it did need an extra insert as the arch support is not good enough for me. But this is the only shoe other than sneakers that I have been able to wear comfortably.

Good comfort shoe -
This shoe is great, but feels a little snug in the width department. After being in the shoes all day in a job where I stand or walk all day my feet are a little sorer than in other shoes by the same company. The look of the shoes is great better then I expected.

Toe comfort -
I am very difficult to fit--long, very narrow feet and a crooked toe. I found the Jupiter to have ample toe room, and the instep strap allows me to snug things up. I have an orthopedic support custom made for "dress" shoes, and there is ample room in this shoe for my support. I'm waiting for this shoe to be available in other colors! The cushy lining in this shoe would work well for most feet, but the shoe as is does not have enough arch or metatarsal for me without my orthopedic insert.

This is a wonderful shoe; I have a torn meniscus in my left knee and wearing these shoes gives such comfort and relief. The built-in "bubble sole" cushions both the foot and the knee; lessens the impact when walking. You can't go wrong with this shoe!

Plain Jane maryjane, padded, longer than normal for size -
This was a very comfortable shoe. The padding was very thick, appearing to fill up most of the shoe before I put it on. Upon walking on the shoe, it shrank until it was only slightly thicker than normal shoe padding. The quality appeared to be good. Unfortunately, the length was a 1/2 size longer than normal, so I will be re-ordering these in a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear. The width was true to size. I would recommend these shoes, with the catch that you order them a 1/2 size shorter than you normally wear.

The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned -
I purchased these shoes almost 2 years ago and they still feel great! I have a wide foot so the round-toed, Mary Jane style is perfect. I wore them on a trip to Italy with everything from jeans to a longer skirt with tights and felt reasonably stylish and always comfortable. I will definitely purchase another pair soon!

I walk miles a day at work and these shoes really hold up. The foam base is like walking on an egg crate mattress. The buckle is difficult to work with but the shoe can be slipped off and on. I would definitely purchase again.

The best!
SoftWalk Jupiters are the only "dress" shoe I've worn for years. Not only are they comfortable all day (I'm an elementary teacher and spend the day standing), but I wear them when I walk the dogs each morning. They look good, offer superior support, and are extremely comfortable.

I bought this shoe because as a teacher I am either walking or standing all day. I have a very wide foot and found that this shoe is comfortable and gives me a lot of toe room.
The inserts are soft and comfortable. Great shoe!!!

Heaven......I'm in heaven!
I've always had a hard time finding great fitting shoes, I have sensitive feet and need to put comfort first. But I want something cute, too. This shoe has it all. You won't be disappointed, I can assure you. I put them on at 7:00 am and wore them for 10 hours at work and they felt wonderful. You won't need to break them in. I've never had such a comfortable pair of shoes so it's money well spent. And I plan on buying two more!

What a nice surprise to find a shoe that is actually comfortable and well made. Having to wear a larger sized shoe, it has always been difficult for me to find the right fit and a shoe that looks good. I also greatly appreciate Zappos' free return policy.

I had purchased these shoes in Las Vegas about three years ago and could not get them again until I found them on Zappos. I had severe arthritis in my knees and these were the only shoes I could wear if I needed to be on my feet all day. I love them but did purchase a wider width. I have purchased them in other colors and look forward to wearing them for a long time.

These are the best shoes ever! They are so comfortable. They are even better than most sneakers I have owned. They are also cute. I highly recommend these. In fact, the ones I ordered here are my second pair. I love them! Just be careful about the sizing. I usually run an entire size smaller. I knew this in advance so consider this when ordering.

Fat feet? Standing/Walking ALL DAY LONG? No problem! I found these shoes on ZAPPOS in February 2001. In those 7 years, I have purchased maybe 4 pairs of this brand/style. I am on my 7WW/EE feet for a minimum of 8 hours day, sometimes 10-12 hours when I work extra hours. When you have unhappy customers screaming at you, at least you can still keep a smile on your face 'cause you have “Happy Feet”! Initially, I had to adjust to the egg crate insole. It was almost like my foot had become a bit tender to the peaks of the egg crate. However, after getting adjusted to the newness of my very 1st pair, I put the other new pairs on, straight out of the box, with zero problems. I have bunions that are very unhappy in B/C/W width shoes. These are the BEST pair of shoes I have ever owned. I have also used my "Walking Store" inserts for my arch, after the egg crate has been worn into almost a flat footbed. You CAN remove the old egg crate and place an insert into it. Ahhh... my shoes last even longer! I'm tellin' ya ladies... these shoes ROCK! The best deal for the money. I might mention, I've 26 years in the Airline Industry... I cannot thank Softwalk enough for having created a decent looking (granted not high fashion) shoe for the Blue Collar worker... on her feet 7 or more days a week. Thank you ZAPPOS for enabling my Happy Feet to stay happy as I received my shoes so quickly!

Jupiter is super -
I originally was going to order Propet's Mary-JO Walker, but I read one of the reviews that suggested the SoftWalk's Jupiter was more comfortable. So, I thought I'd try them both. What a difference. The Jupiter hugs your foot without tightness and makes it feel steady and warm. It took a couple of wearings to "imprint" my foot to the footbed, but now when I put it on, it's GREAT! I wear a narrow and even with the strap undone, the shoe stays on my foot comfortably.

on my 2nd pair -
I recently bought my second pair of this style because the first pair are so comfortable and have worn so well. They may not look "sexy", but they look neat and are fine with either pants or skirts. I have trouble getting shoes with a narrow enough heel to stay on my feet, and the strap makes this work well even with narrow feet.
