Just what I needed -
I needed some casual comfort shoes for work, and these are just the ticket. Took a little bit of breaking-in but after one day (and a little friction at the pinky toes) they are just right. The heel is a good height without being too high or too flat, the insole is super comfy. They look a bit like a nurse's shoe, not quite as attractive as a Dansko clog, but she gets the job done, and done well.

More than I expected -
This shoe took me totally by surprise! Their foam cushioning is incredibly comfortable. The style is great. They look fabulous with casual clothes, great for running errands or casual events. I truly have never owned shoes as great as these. I plan to wait for a few months and see if the cushioning keeps up. If so, I will buy another pair. Have no qualms about this shoe. I usually wear a 9, but went up l/2 size.

Best shoes ever purchased!!! Putting on these shoes is just like surrounding your feet in clouds! I work on my feet for up to 16 hours a day and these shoes have made my life a dream. They may not be pretty but they are well worth the purchase. I joke to my co-workers that I may be their next spokesperson I talk them up so much. I don't even notice ongoing problems with knee/joint pain anymore!

Love them -
These shoes are very similar to the Dansko shoes - but much more supportive and cushiony. Right out of the box comfortable. They are light as a feather and are definitely wrapped around your foot. Any question on your size you should order on the larger side. It's a little snug across the vamp but it's not been uncomfortable. I opened the box when I went home at lunch and wore them right back to work - with pants. It's a nice casual/comfort shoe!

Extremely comfortable shoe!
I'm now on my second pair (of both black and navy) of these wonderful shoes. I have high arches and the arch support is excellent. The cushioned insole is like walking on clouds. I wear these with slacks and dresses to work where I am on my feet much of the day and they never have hurt. Also, they needed no breaking in; they felt wonderful from the minute I put them on. Thanks Zappos for carrying them, as I cannot find them retail, and also for your extremely fast delivery.

These shoes are very comfortable! I have a wide foot and comfort in a shoe is equally important with good looks. These shoes have both. They were so great I bought a pair for my mom. She loves them!

Fantastic Everyday Work Shoe -
I love this shoe. I've owned them for over a year and they are still as comfortable as the day I bought them. I have really scuffed the toes of the shoes but with some polish they look brand new. The leather is holding up well & has not become deformed or wrinkled at all. This is a great shoe to wear with trousers (not stylish enough for skirts FYI). I wear this with jeans all the time and even with serious joint issues never am in pain! WORTH THE BUY!

Looking for a comfortable shoe -
OK it is not real stylish, it is however pretty comfortable. I have a wide foot and while the front of the shoe is comfortable, the heel slips. I have never tired an insert before so I may go to that. If that works the shoe will be great and will definitely work when I am on my feet all day.

I am particularly hard to fit -
I wish it were easier to put on- if only it had a small zipper. Once I get it on, it is comfortable because of the padding. But after wearing it for many hours, I do feel my toe and there is slight pain. This need not apply to others.

Good Constructed Shoe!
This shoe is comfortable as far as walking. The top cuts into the top of your foot until you get them broke in. Other than that they feel good on your foot. I haven't worn them but a few times as it is going to take awhile for them to stretch out some.

I hope these shoes never go out of production. I bought my first pair one year ago and with polishing, they still look like new. I put them on immediately and wanted to wear them to bed--that comfortable--and wore to Washington DC and walked the next day with no break-in issues. They did make a sucking sound (I called them my farting shoes) for a while but not any more. I don't think anyone noticed it except me.

Unbelievably Comfortable!
I'm in retail and on my feet 10-11 hours many days. I was hesitant because of the price, but glad I ordered them. The comfort and superior quality of this shoe is amazing! Treat yourself!

Didn't work for me -
I tried a couple different styles and sizes of these shoes, and I wanted to like them, but after a few days I put them away. The sole is nice and cushy, and the front of the shoe fit great but the back kept eating my socks. That drives me crazy! Changing sizes did not help.

Even with a fractured toe bone....
I bought the SoftWalk Nova, which look uncannily like these shoes, maybe they updated the Nova to the Adora? In the Nova: I spent nine hours touring the city and my feet didn't hurt at all, while my companions were groaning and grumbling. I bought the shoes in 6.5 W. They were a little too wide and the seams a bit scratchy, but the soft leather conformed to my foot and smoothed out. I fractured my little toe bone and suffered ample swelling and dark bruising. The shoes did not smother my foot and they were supportive and comforting. While I healed, I was able to complete weeks of 8 hr. workdays standing, without requesting time off. They are a bit ugly, but believe me, you feel as if you’re floating, as soon as you put them on.

Really like these -
They are good looking shoes. I wore them a lot at home to make sure they were comfortable because I've spent more money on shoes that aren't. It takes a bit to get used to what feels like bubble wrap in the shoe, but they are very easy on the feet.

Love My SoftWalk shoes -
I have been wearing SoftWalk shoes exclusively since 2003. I do not even try shoes of another brand because (with knee problems) I find these shoes give me the comfort of cushioning that I need.
I know I can go to an event with a dressy or casual shoe and be stylish and comfortable for the duration.
I am SO happy that I discovered SoftWalk Shoes in Travel Smith catalogs and never looked back.

Most comfortable shoes ever made!
These are my favorite shoes in my collection! I wear them all of the time to work. I put them on at 7am and take them off at 6pm and my feet never hurt. And being pregnant, these are fantastic! I just wish they came in more colors!

Very comfy shoe. Nice looking. Pretty high toe box. I wear a 9D in New Balance with a SL2 last. I bought 9WW in this shoe. Can't wear an orthotic.

These shoes are extremely comfortable, however, when I walk they make a suctioning sound--like the shoe suction cups to my foot. I have to wear stocking/hosiery with them, and I don't like to do that, so I rarely wear the shoes.

I almost adore the Adora -
This shoe is very comfortable, and very soft, almost too soft--I would like a bit more support--but I can wear it all day and not notice I have shoes on. It looks like a Minnie Mouse shoe, but that's fine. I was obviously going for comfort here rather than style. The quality of the shoe is very good.

For me, these are soft comfy house shoes. They do not have the shape and structure of sole and insole to support walking or being on my feet for any length of time. They are very high quality shoes with soft but long lasting leather. Sometimes they slip up and down on my heel which bunches down my socks, but when I go down a size the height of the shoe at the back of my ankle rubs painfully.
