Caveat: when I purchased these shoes, it was with the intent of covering them with red glitter for a Halloween costume (Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz). I have a narrow foot which is often hard to fit. These shoes were very comfortable during two nights in a row with lots of walking and standing. The heels are not too high, and the fit is excellent, especially considering how inexpensive they are. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

I prefer a classic, professional style of clothing for the office and with wisdom and age I look for style with comfort in shoes rather than the latest look. In the lower heel and classic, professional look of the Angel II shoes I have found the perfect match. Being made of a manmade material rather than leather they do not give as much and the interior padding could be softer; however, they are comfortable enough nonetheless. I will buy more of this style in the future.

I was very pleased with the selection of shoes I had at Zappos. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my wide feet. I ordered a few pair, made my selection and sent the rest back in the prepaid boxes provided. When I had to call for some information, I found the service providers very friendly, courteous and helpful. From now on I think I will order my shoes this way.

I wear my "basic black shoe" nearly every day at work. I was looking for a new pair at a couple retailers here in Anchorage. Nobody had my size! It was very frustrating. Although I was nervous about buying shoes without trying them on, I had heard about the Zappos return policy and decided to give them a try. Also, in Alaska we are used to having to pay way more for shipping than the rest of the country, and shipping was free. My husband didn't believe it when I told him. The shoes are just what I needed and they are actually very comfortable right from the start. I had this idea that maybe I could just have Zappos send me a pair of basic black shoes every year. Kind of a "shoe renewal plan." I won't even bother looking at the local retailers again. It was very easy.

These shoes (pumps) are beautiful, true to size. Exactly what I was looking for to wear to my granddaughter\'s wedding. Material is very pretty. I am very pleased with this purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

I wore these shoes to a 3-4 day seminar, which involved a lot of walking. They were very comfortable throughout the event. I did not have any sore spots or sore toes, which I usually have with other shoes.

First of all, I love Zappos because of the free shipping and free returns. It allows me to shop as if I went to a store to try on shoes. The Angel II shoe is a wonderful shoe at a good price. I have extra wide feet and very high arches, and I can never find shoes that fit properly in stores. This shoe is a good fit. It is not tight, and so it allows for swelling during the Texas summers. It is both comfortable and beautiful. Even better, my podiatrist recommends the height of the heel in this shoe to prevent pain in my arches. It works!

Loves the look of the shoe, perfect for work. But it was too narrow and I couldn't get the size right. Typically, I wear an 8 to 8.5. Based on reviews, I ordered an 8.5 and a 9. The 8.5 was too narrow (the extra width was not available in my size) and the 9 was too big. Also, it tended to "wrinkle" in the toe area. Disappointed with the shoe, but always grateful for Zappos service. Will return these and keep looking for something comfortable for work.

These shoes are great. I was looking for a closed in shoe for work that had a low heel. I wear them with skirts, but they also look great with jeans. Very versatile shoe. They came quickly, fit well, so I had no need to send them back.

I have yet to find a Propét style that hasn't been wonderfully comfortable. The soft style Angel II is no exception. I wore my new pair to two dinner dances in one week and danced all night long with complete comfort. They certainly don't look like clunky walking shoes, but they wear like clouds.

Fine for the stage -
This is one homely shoe. I bought it for a play, for a woman who plays a fairy-tale footman. It's great for that. It fit the actress's wide, high-instep foot and is comfortable, and it looks right for the character. I would not recommend this shoe for street wear, as the line of the strangely high opening and straight heel shape are not very flattering or attractive on the foot.

I had a hard time sizing this shoe. I normally wear a 7 1/2 W, but that on was WAY too long. I ordered a 6 1/2 W, because the other seemed so extremely long, but that size was too small. By the time I tried to order a 7W, the color I wanted was gone, so I can't say anything about the comfort. But finding the right size was a big problem.

These shoes are a wonderful fit and very stylish. I receive many compliments each day I wear them. They are very comfortable and fit true to size. I wear a wide width and it was nice to find shoes that are dressy and comfortable.

I have not had an opportunity to wear the shoe yet, but I have tried it on and it is a perfect fit so I'm sure I will be happy with it.

Order this Half to a Full Size Bigger -
Most people said this shoe was true to size and width, but my past experience with Hush Puppies is that I can usually prefer a more snug fit so I ordered 7S instead of 7N as I do in most shoes. It looked nice when it arrived, but my toe was almost touching the top; it felt snug, but not too tight, just too short.

Not what I expected -
I thought they looked cuter online than in real life. I also didn't find them very comfortable; I think they run a bit small. You win some you lose some!

I have never ordered shoes on line but this was a great experience. The shoes are great and have been thinking of ordering another color. I will come back to Zappos in the future.

These shoes were too short, not true to size.
I wore them only once and found they were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately I couldn't return them since I had worn them. They will go in the pile of shoes that I will give away. I have worn size 10S for ages, but these were too short. I guess I'll stick with brands that I'm more familiar with.

Nice Pump -
Overall nice shoe. A little slippery to walk. I think with a little wear it will rough up the bottom and I think will be okay. Brand new, so a little tight. Needs some wear time to soften up.

Angel II - the perfect shoe -
I love these shoes. They are the only ones I can wear for all day comfort. I am on my feet all day and the soft inner lining does the trick. Be careful though. These shoes tend to run wide so I have to get the next narrow size for true fit.

Not as comfortable as I expected -
These shoes look very nice but the top kind of cuts into my foot and they feel tight on my toes, even though I think I ordered a half size too large because the heels are loose. I do have wide feet. I think I will still wear them but not very often.
