I purchased these boots for Flamenco class. They fit the bill perfectly. If I fail at Flamenco, at least I have a great dress boot.

Great Boot!
This is an excellent boot all the way around. It looks great with jeans, is comfortable, stylish, and at a great price. I've had the brown ones for about a month. There's little to no wear that I can tell and I get compliments all of the time. The best part is the sole and heel. I tried on a bunch of others and the sole and heels are slick. I'm not sure if people like that, but I felt like I was going to fall on my @$$ when I was on carpet or a sidewalk. These have been awesome. I'm ordering them in black today. I'm also 5'9", so the extra heel makes me feel like a rock star when I wear them. And as always, great service from Zappos!

Excellent value. My only complaint with the shoe is that I wish the top of the boot was a little taller- it ends just above the ankle. Otherwise, I am quite pleased.

A Great Buy -
Overall, I thought this was a quality purchase. The pictures do not do the shoe justice, and the pair looks pretty slick once you put them on. Quite a few reviews suggested to order the boot a half size larger, and unfortunately in my case I should have just stuck with my size. However the excess space is easily remedied with an extra sock, which ends up providing a little more cushion anyway. This product is certainly a dress boot; a dance floor and or carpet is this shoe's ideal surface. My first day wearing them I stepped on a small rock outside and it left a decent sized indent on the side of the sole. Ultimately I wouldn't exactly baby the shoe, but obviously the better you take care of them the longer they will last. If you can accept the fact that these boots are not exactly made for hiking, than I can assure you the $61 seems almost like a steal when you take them on the dance floor or strut down a well paved sidewalk.

These boots look and feel great on. The only concern I have is, the pinky toe on my right foot is really smashed in when I'm wearing them. Weird, because the left foot feels fine.

Zappos has got the best customer service around the representative are so helpful. When I first got my shoes one of the zippers was stuck and I couldn't put on the shoe. I called Zappos up and they said I would get a new pair the very next day. I didn't believe what I was hearing, I was going get a new pair the next day, the next day came and to my surprise I got my shoes. I was so impressed. This shoe looks great and feels great. People are always telling me I have nice shoes and a great taste I tell them I don't have a great taste, Zappos does.

You can never be too tall. I’m 6'. It’s not easy to find a dress boot with a heel. This one has a 1 1/2" and it fits and looks great. It’s a great dance boot, plenty of support.

I've been wearing these shoes for a few months now (switching off between 4 other pairs, two of which are this particular shoe in brown, and the other in black snakeskin. I must say that that my black pair is as comfortable as any shoes I have ever worn. After reading the reviews below, I had originally purchased my two pairs one half size larger and although they were comfortable, I returned them for my regular size, which fit perfectly. Very happy with Giorgio Brutini quality and have had only great experiences with my purchases from Zappos.

GOOD BUY.
This is an excellent looking dress boot and price is un-believable. It took a little while getting used to the heel height, about 1.5 inch, and would have liked more padding inside. Long and narrow look, would have liked it wider. Based on the reviews, I ordered half size larger and it fits good. I earlier bought (2) Florsheim boots from Zappos and prefer Florsheims, but price was a little over $150 each time. Can't say enough about Zappos site info, prices, and delivery service. Views of the shoes (boots) and customer reviews are what keeps me coming back!

Love the boots, but my ankles are used to a taller boot, so I guess I'm just not accustomed to less ankle support. I still love the boots, but I am seeking more ankle support.

Fantastic Boots -
I have purchased several boots in the past and will continue to do so in the future. They are exceptionally stylish and extremely comfortable as well. However, it would be nice to have them in other colors such as bone or light gray. Other than that, they are FANTASTIC and I unhesitatingly encourage others to try them. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

Giorgio Brutini 15548 (WOW!)
I have always been skeptical about purchasing clothes and especially shoes online. Well my worries were for not, because the Giorgio Brutini Black leather boots I received from Zappos are fantastic. They fit my foot very true to size, and are very comfortable! Very stylish without all of the lines and stitches or designs I have found on most boots. They are my new favorite dress shoe, plus I have an original Star Trek (TNG) outfit, and they go perfectly w/ it also. Whew, I just gave up my Halloween Costume. Anyway, the boots are great and I would recommend them to anyone! THANKS ZAPPOS!!!

Great shoe, just make sure you order a 1/2 size bigger than what you usually wear. Also, you might find that you may want to add an extra layer of support with gel or foam insoles. The shoe looks great for dressing up or with some boot-cut jeans! GREAT JOB ON THE SHOE (I would definitely buy another pair)!!!

Tight but Good Fit.
I like my boot to fit as tight as possible without hurting, and this boot seems to fit tight, good.
It has a feel of an all quality leather that I like.

I purchased these shoes for use in the Charles Dickens Christmas Fair. They are an excellent shoe for the period. (Minus the zipper, but can't really see that at all) However that means that the shoe is getting a lot more use than what I would generally put a shoe through. After the first day I realized that the insole on the shoe wasn't going to cut it. I purchased new insoles and set about removing the old one. Which is attached VERY well I might mention. It is also paper thin which explains the comfort issue over prolonged periods of time. My advice. For occasional wear these are great. If you plan on being on your feet all day or dancing a lot, go a full size bigger and purchase a good insole. As it is now, the shoes are a little tight but that was after an hour of scraping the old insole off and shaving down the new one to fit properly.

Good looking boot, but...
These boots look really good and they fit well and were relatively comfortable as far as boots go. However, the first time I wore them out, they got really scuffed up and a small piece of leather near one of the toes came off, so now they don't look so great. Whether this is because of the construction or because I wasn't careful enough wearing them, I don't know.
