Like it -
This is a solid, comfortable shoe. I wish Earth would have cut another notch in the buckles to accommodate those of us with narrower feet. I've been wearing these for a week and I'm already going to have to take them to a shoe guy to get a hole cut to adjust the buckles tighter. But for most people, this wouldn't be a problem.

I love this shoe. It has excellent arch support and I wear it everyday. I would strongly recommend this shoe!!

Earth's Magnitude sandal is fantastic -
The shoe fit great and wore comfortably from day one. No blisters! I have a narrow foot and the adjustable straps made getting a pair of Earth sandals possible. Earth shoes have done wonders for my back and knees.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: I have yet to find another shoe that has the same benefits and comfort.

Top of the Line -
Having serious surgery in the year 2000 on my left foot and ankle, I have had to be extremely careful in what shoes I wear. I have been told that should my arch drop in my left foot, there would be nothing more the doctor's could do for me and I would probably slowly be unable to walk at all. I have worn a competitive product for many years now, not knowing about "Earth Shoes". I have ended up with knee, right hip and back pain. The Earth shoe has taken nearly all of that discomfort away and I am walking better than I have in ten years. With water therapy three days a week I have been making slow progress but the addition of these shoes has made a remarkable change. I am more than satisfied, I am thrilled with the results I am having. I will soon be ordering another pair.

I must say that I'm very sorry that I listened to any of the reviews on here, because I feel really let down by these shoes. I have owned many pairs of shoes in my life, and these are by far the worst. The right shoe seems to be fine, but the left one digs into areas on my foot (along the side) that I just can't wear them anywhere anymore. I've tried giving them time, tried breaking them in...But I just can't tolerate the pain anymore. Too bad that they do seem to help my back. For this amount of money, I feel seriously ripped off. :( Now of course Zappos is the best in every way...it's not their fault whatsoever!

 |  | Awesome customer service. I didn't order the half size smaller and realized it before the shoes shipped. I was immediately helped and was so happy, then realized I went too small!!! I called back and again I was immediately helped and after a good laugh got the correct shoes shipped! I was very, very happy!!! I am sure Zappos people thought I had lost my mind but they were very supportive and had me laughing about my errors! Best customer support I have ever had!!!
