I have just placed my second order with your site and felt compelled to write and tell you how impressed I am!! Your upgraded shipping, free return shipping and HUGE selection of merchandise has convinced me that your website is the ONLY online place to shop. While I have been shopping on the internet for years, more often than not I¹m frustrated and disappointed. I don’t like having to pay to try things on (as is the case when I order something that doesn¹t fit and I must pay to send it back) and I often have to wait 10 days or longer to receive my merchandise. NOT so with my Zappos orders! I have been sharing my enthusiasm with all my friends... I hope the increase in your business will enable you to continue to serve your customers in this manner for a long time to come!!
