So far so good. Working overseas, I needed a boot I could work in as well as a daily use boot. With the slip on features and no laces or zippers, dust and dirt stay out, boot stays on and is comfy. Looking forward to riding with them. May even get a second pair. Felt good right out of the box and looked good too.

I bought these boots for riding. They were tough to break in, taking a week or more. But now I wear these all the time at work and elsewhere. Good boots.

Hustin 11s are great!
These boots are great! They look cool and they are a real bargain for the price. Although, no new boots are completely comfortable in my experience, these boots didn't start to hurt even a little bit until I wore them about 16 hours on that first day. Now after only a couple of weeks they are completely painless. Thank you!

Comfortable and hip -
I've enjoyed wearing these while biking. I had to order a full size down (I usually wear size 13 but ordered 12) for the boot to fit. These boots are great for when you are on the motorcycle. When walking around they are comfy. They do slip a little (even down a size) so some thick socks help.

I have these boots in Brown and Black and they are the best boots I have ever owned. When I bought my first pair, I just wore them while riding, but I actually wear them all of the time now.

My boyfriend loves them!
My boyfriend saw them in a Harley shop, but they did not have his size. With Zappos' free shipping, it made it very easy for me to purchase them in his size, for Christmas. Love free shipping.

Great boots!
These boots were bought for a show. They look great on stage. The actor reports they were comfortable from the first time he put them on. Only problem is the orange center on the sole, which we had to paint black and because of the oil-resistance of the material it's made of, the painting was only partially successful.

Look but don't feel -
This is my third lifetime pair of boots in this style made famous by the Terminator movie. They are easily the least comfortable. In order to get them on my feet I had to have a full size larger than normal. The rubber sole also makes my feet sweat significantly more than the leather soled predecessors. They were the only ones I could find though that did not have excessive brand logos on them.

PERFECT BOOTS!! - Right out of the box...these boots fit perfectly...true-to-size...and comfortable!! I needed a boot that was rugged, comfortable enough for all-day riding...and not so bulky, so that it would fit easily between my shift peg and foot board....and these boots are IT!! Add Zappos incomparable service and delivery...and you cannot lose!!

Great boot, great service!
I am always impressed with Zappos’ service and customer care! Arrived two days after placing order! Where else do you get that? The boot is great! Fit nicely out of the box (I do agree that you should order 1/2 to full size smaller than normal) and after a break in period, they are like the perfect pair of jeans! I've had the same pair in black for over 18 years and they are my favorite, most comfortable pair of boots. Best wishes, you will be getting a terrific product.

Great Boots, great service from Zappos -
I ordered these boots from Zappos after noticing them on the Zappos website. The boots are great and the service from Zappos was even better. The boots arrived very quickly. I did not expect the boots to arrive that quickly.
As far as previous reviews indicating that the boots are one size too large, I do not agree. I normally wear a size 10.5 and I ordered these boots in a 10.5. They fit perfectly at 10.5. I agree that the boots are very comfortable. They look good, feel good, and wear well.

I actually bought these for a friend, who couldn't find this style of boot. You where one of the few stores having a selection in a wider width. I couldn't believe how fast I received them and my friend seems to love them. Thanks. p.s. keep up the width selection.

H-D "Hustin 11" boot -
I bought this pair after seeing it on the Zappos web site, and being impressed by the price, the thumbprint overall views of the boot and the reviews written by other consumers.
I am very pleased with my purchase; the price was right, the Zappo response was as promised, although it would be nice if they had arrived sooner (maybe Zappo's can be creative and come up with a faster delivery!). But the part that sealed the purchase, were the reviews.
The boots were everything stated in the Zappos ad, and the reivews were very, very helpful... it was just as they stated. The boots fit well, are well made, and other than a slight stiffness initially, are very comfortable. As regards the height of the boot, wearing a knee-length pair of socks avoided any chafing, but having also worn them with shorter socks caused no problem. To preserve the leather, I've sprayed them with a water repelling spray and it seems to work against stains and light rain.
Zappos has my vote and continued support.

Good Boot -
I've just had the boot (size 10) a couple of weeks. The fit is true....don't order a smaller size if you're "in between" because I did and the 9 1/2 wasn't even close. The fit is good but a little tight on outside of one ankle...hopefully the boot will loosen up. I also tried the same in Frey boot but Harley fit better....the quality is similar, the boots are almost identical...therefore the Harley is better buy. It seems to be of very high quality.

Nice looking boot,
These boots are nice but be careful with the size. A 10 was perfect length but not wide enough. I had to get a 10.5, but a 10 wide would have been perfect. Only problem- no wide options.

These boots are awesome! I usually wear western boots, but wanted something a little different. They fit great, and won't need the break-in my other boots did. These seem about a half size larger than what I expected, but with a thicker sock, it's no problem. Zappos had them on my doorstep within 16 hours!!! Incredible service. Won't go anywhere else for boots.

Great looking, super comfortable boots.
I ordered these for my husband (he picked them out) and he absolutely loves them. They fit perfectly and look great with his slim jeans. And you don't have to be a biker to feel comfortable in them. They work just as well on the streets of Manhattan, where we live. The price is great too. This was our first experience with Zappos and we're both very impressed.

The boots make the man -
These really are an excellent pair of boots. They are very sturdy, warm, and surprisingly comfortable. After just a few weeks of wearing them they have broken in to perfection. They are also so cool looking that I receive compliments everywhere I go. This was a truly great purchase. One warning, though, is that they run about a size larger than sneakers, so I recommend that you order a size smaller than you would with other shoes.

I like these boots.
I have not worn these boots much yet, although I wore them the first day I got them for 5 hours and they are very comfortable. They look great and I have gotten some compliments on the looks. You could probably buy the same boot, without the H-D markings, for a lot less money.
