I purchased these shoes for my daughter and find myself borrowing them. They are ridiculously comfy and cozy. A great winter shoe. I ordered a half size down due to comments I read at Zappos and my experience with the Ugg boots. This seems to work well for us.

Love these slipper/shoes! I use them as shoes and they are really warm, especially during Wisconsin winters. They're a little snug when you first wear them because of the thick lining but once you break them in they're really comfortable. They fit true to size not like the UGG boots where I have to get a size smaller than my regular size. I also got really great, fast service from Zappos.com. I ordered them on Saturday and received them by Monday.

My Ugg Dakotas are incredibly warm and comfortable. I, practically, live in them! I am flat-footed and the lack of any arch support in them has not been a problem for me. They are a bit pricey and I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep them initially, but after wearing them in my house for a week, they proved to be worth the investment. Prior to this purchase in size 9, I bought them in the Espresso color (which was beautiful) in size 8, but had returned them because they were just too short. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and size 9 has fit wonderfully.

Great slippers! Love the sturdy sole that allows you to wander outside if you need to. Comfortable, warm, true to size.

I loved the color and the pink ties. I needed a pair of slippers to keep my feet warm. I am 70 years old with a 20 year old mind. I didn't want old lady slippers. I saw that there were a lot of complaints about the ties not staying tied. I took some pink sewing thread and tied around the loops in the center, you can't see the thread and the bows stay tied. The shoemaker said to use crazy glue, but I didn't want to mark them. I wear a 9 in shoes, I felt the slipper could be a half size bigger. I am wearing them around the house to see if they will stretch out just a little.

Best slippers I have ever owned. I usually go for the Dearfoam or Isotoner, but these are SO much better. Of course, they do cost more, but they offer good support and lining is much warmer. Do follow guidelines and order a 1/2 size down. I bought size 6 even though I wear a size 6.5 shoe and the 6 fits perfectly. I highly recommend this item.

These were purchased for a teenage girl and were an instant hit. They are stylish, well made, as well as warm. Ugg quality definitely came through again.

What a great product! I bought a pair of these UGGs nearly 5 years ago and am still wearing them. These were a Christmas present for my niece and she loves them! You really can\'t beat the quality, SO warm and I just love UGGs. Also, the soles allow you to walk on wet floors etc without worry, which other slippers don\'t. Although I haven\'t really needed to, I have washed mine on two occasions and they came out just fine. Thanks also for the absolutely excellent service from Zappos as always.

Very good turnaround time despite the Christmas holiday rush. Couldn't find them on the Ugg website and they were out of stock at a number of other sites. Zappos had comparable prices and also had stock that they were able to ship before Christmas. Great help on a last minute gift. Thanks.

These are nice warm slippers. My girls wear them as moccasins to school and love them. The children's sizing seems to be wider than the adult sizes so I returned the children size 5 and exchanged for the adult size 6 which were narrower and they fit much better.

This is my first time using Zappos, and I'm not sure how that could be since I've only heard and read great things for the last few years. Anyway, fast, easy, reliable and my wife loved the UGG boots. She told me they are the most comfortable slippers she has ever owned. I had them sent directly to the house we planned to spend Christmas and they arrived with no issues. I will use the site many times again and buy her more UGG boots

I received these shoes for Christmas and they are amazing! I have been wanting them for years now; they are everything I expected and more! They are the most comfortable shoes that I've ever worn and keep feet warm in cold weather. I work in retail and I wore them up to 8 hours a day sometimes longer and my feet were not sore or tired once I left. They are amazing, I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a simple, comfortable shoe. They are well worth your money!

I love these shoes! I live in the south and I wear them year-round as shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I own, even when walking around all day. Uggs tend to run small, so I ordered a size down. Little snug at first, so I wore them around the house until they stretched out and now they are perfect!

Zappos was the only online shoe store where I could find these Uggs in size 11 (aside from the retailers site). They are going to make my daughter very happy Christmas morning! As we have the same size foot I have tried them on and they so cozy and warm. Part of me hopes she grows tired of them so I can put them on my feet!

The shoes arrived in 18 hours after ordering. I was shocked because I did not pay for express shipping. What a great surprise! Love the mocs. Very comfy and true to size. I agree with others that the ties keep coming undone. I wish that there was a knot that I could do once and keep done.

I am a big Ugg boot fan and these slippers did not disappoint. As with all Uggs, definitely order at least a half size down. Size 12 always fits my 12 1/2's (yes!) perfect. While they are good for short driving errands as well, there is no arch support, so I don't use for extended walking, but super cozy and comfortable. I'm considering another color!

Love the slippers, plan to order more in various colors. They are very comfortable. The shoelaces are tough to keep tied, and come undone easily. I found that this slipper ran big unlike the Ugg slip in/backless slipper and had to exchange for a size down so if on the border regarding sizes, would recommend going down a size instead of up, as they will stretch some.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
