Western Chief Rain boots -
These boots come in the most adorable prints for boys and girls, but alas, they DO NOT HOLD UP. I've bought several pairs for my 5-year-old son and they would become ripped around the ankle before the season was even over. I thought it was because he was a rough and tumble boy. I have since bought a pair for my daughter, 22 months. Hers have ripped as well and she has worn them very little. I wish the quality would match the stylish looks.

Great boots -
My 2 year old son loves his woof woof boots, as he calls it. He kept putting on his older brother's rain boots so I decided to get him his own. When I saw the Dalmatian Rainboot I knew it was perfect for him. He absolutely loves it!!!

Perfect rain boots -
These are very good rain boots. Even though I got them 1 or even 2 sizes bigger, my son feels very comfortable wearing them. Besides, he loved the bright colored shoe box it came in - he is using it to store his sea animal. :)

My son was given these boots as gift from his aunt at the age of 3, because his daddy is a firefighter, he is now 6. They were a bit large for him at the time, but he loved to wear them and had plenty of room to grow, and he still enjoys wearing them. They are just truly adorable; he has gotten so many compliments whenever he wears them be it rain or shine. They are now 3 years old and just now have started to really wear on the soles and crack at the ankles. But, I would still advise anyone to buy them, because these boots not only look very good, and protect the child’s feet from the rain; they are a great buy because they last a long time. I do think there should be some arch support, but we are going to get another pair as soon has you have our size and the fire flame boots. Thanks for creating such adorable children boots.

These boots are very strong, well-made and easy to pull on. There is a convenient name tag near the top of one boot for easy owner identification. The Dalmatian spots on the white background make these boots easy to locate in a pile of children's boots or in the back of a dark closet.

We love these boots!
My son loves to splash through the puddles with these! They are lined on the inside and the handles make it easy to put them on himself. We've only had them for about a month so I'm not sure how they'll wear (the last pair we got, different brand, cracked in the front after only 6 mo or so).

Cute Boot!
These boots are out of this world, especially in the spring here in VT. My kids wear them throughout the soggy sugaring season and on rainy days throughout the year. They're plenty roomy so thick or doubled up socks can be used for cold days.

Love the Boots-
GREAT, CUTE waterproof boots. My only problem is that they seem to run a half a size larger on both of my children and they like to bark when they wear them. However, would definitely buy again!

We love these books and can't wait to buy more!
These could not be any cuter, the online pictures are nothing in comparison to seeing them in person- just PRECIOUS! My son LOVES them and says Woof, Woof every time he's wearing them (he's 20-months-old). They run a little bit big but he is super comfortable in them and has no problem walking in them at all he wears them even when it's not raining. Also, they do NOT make his feet sweat which is what I was afraid of. They are just fabulous. I would buy another pair (different character) but they don't have any in stock at Zappos or my local stores. Buy them now you won't regret it!!!!

My kids love this boot -
My 26 month old girls first rainboot and they practically wear them to bed! They can pull them on and take them off by themselves. No need for socks-although it does make it easier to put on. We splashed in our very first puddles with these.We bought them a bit bigger as I do with all kids shoes. They should last all season... a great buy. You won't regret it!

 |  | I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to have Gladys Knight and her husband personally keep me company while on hold to speak to a customer service agent this morning. The option to hear the joke of the day, although I did not take if for fear of losing my place on-hold, was very original and made my wait time unnoticeable.
My customer service rep helped me with several questions I had and even though I was taking along time, she did not make me fell rushed and she did not get impatient at all... that's very unusual.
I was totally blown away when she said she would waive the overnight freight charge for my order that I needed to receive by tomorrow since I'm going out of town. I had to talk to another lady to verify my billing address and guess what... she was pleasant and very nice also... unusual!!
You all have got the BEST EVER customer service I have ever experienced... not just because the charges were waived but the attitude of your representatives and the feeling I had when I hung up the phone was one of total satisfaction... I get my shoes... fast and I didn't have to deal with any bad attitudes and actually put a smile on my face... I will tell everyone I can about my totally excellent customer service experience I had and recommend they do business with you also...
Now just get those Onitsuka Tiger Asics Ultimate 81's in Women’s size 7 1/2 or 8 Grey/KW Storm back in stock and I'll be yours for life!!! : )
