I ordered 8N although I thought myself a M (that is what my CanCan boots are anyway.) My size wasn't available, so I expected I would be returning these though I was happy with the sale price. Suprisingly the narrow was okay for me, if a bit wide even! They are just great, and I run from a 7 to 8 depending on the brand and style. I have worn them about my flat for a little while and I'll be keeping them. I am pleased with how they feel, and they are just right as the casual shoes I mean them to be (groceries and such.) They are very much like the CanCan boots, which I LOVE. The only issue I have is with the strap. It is very long (for dancers I guess?) Like another reviewer I find that the T part of the strap is too short and so the cross strap does not lie flat. IT bothered me a lot at first but became less noticeable. I'll get over it, but I do find it odd. I like the built in cushioning but still add my own gel liners. They are quite comfortable for me, and many heels don't work for me. As I said, I tried these due to the similarity with the CanCans, and now both will be a staple. They last Forever, being well made. The boots are going on 4 with no end in sight, and I expect the same quality from the Professional T-strap based on what I see. I am very pleased.

Too narrow for me -
Lovely shoes. I ordered the wide in my size, but unfortunately they were about half the width of my foot. Way too narrow, so maybe this is a good shoe for those with narrow feet - only comes in medium and wide. I bet the medium is quite narrow.

I wish that this shoe came in white, like the chorus line shoes at the Tonys. Character shoes are like wearing heels but cheating a little and getting comfort as well. I discovered them in the theatre, but they're so great I know several people who wear them off-stage too.

This is a classic design that should NEVER go out of style! If this shoe came in more colors in my size, I'd definitely buy them!

The shoe is exactly what I wanted a stable, retro heel that does not make my feet look like obese duck feet. (I wear size 9.5 wide.) I bought a half size up because the wide width was not available, and it is still comfortable probably because of the strap. My feet do not slide around in it and the shoe does not flop against my foot like beach thongs. There's a little bit of space at the heel but I don't mind since most heeled shoes rub my heel raw after a couple of hours of wear. I wear New Balance sneakers and Earth sandals all of the time so these heels do not have the same bounce and embrace of course, but they are worlds better than even some of the pricier brands of heels I've tried. I dislike tottering around on pinchy heels and this was my answer to a heeled dress shoe.

Great shoes -
These shoes are perfect shows for theater. I needed a higher heel and these one's with the 2 3/4 inches are just the perfect height. The arch support isn't great if you have a high arch (like me) but you can just put in inserts.

Great shoe!
Very comfortable and well made shoe! I'm not a dancer, I bought them because I liked the look. I had to put rubber traction stickers on the soles of the shoes because the first place I wore them to had marble floors and I nearly killed myself! But smooth leather soles are good for dancing shoes, so that cannot really be considered a negative. Overall, I really am very pleased with these shoes!
A note about Zappos: This was my first order and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived! From clicking the "place order" button on the computer screen to the box hitting my door step was not more than 48 hours. What excellent service!

The look is great for stage and they are as comfortable as you can get in heels dancing. They wear better with tights. I really enjoyed my purchase.

I love the way this shoe fits and it looks great. The shoes feel like they are already broken in. The quality is superb. The service was the best; the shoes arrived in record time, the next day of the date ordered, they were at my door. Returns are easy also. I would recommend Zappo's to anyone in a hurry for comfortable and quality shoes.
