While I loved the look of this bag, I was disappointed to find that it was not worth the price. For more than $70, I expected better workmanship. The second time I used it, definently not overloaded, one of the shoulder strap clasps broke. I will be returning it due to this defect. However, it's a hot look, very trendy, so I do want a replacement if they have it. I would not recommend buying this bag for the price I paid. I probably won't buy Triple 5 Soul bags again, unless the returns process is painless.

Great Fall Bag!
This is a really cool, good quality bag that's really fun for fall. Great size, good pockets..I recommend it!

I ordered my daughter a pair of sneakers she wanted for her birthday from your company and after reading reviews, was concerned about the sizing. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who explained the exchange policy and checked the availability of a size up or down. I was also upgraded to VIP and overnight shipping. Well, when I went out the next morning, the Zappos box was already at my doorstep! I figure it took about 15 hours to receive this item! UNBELIEVABLE! I have already been spreading the word and will continue to do so. Your site will be my new “go to” site. I am so proud to see a company in the USA with such high standards of service.
