The Lucchese boots I purchased was my first order with Zappos. I was very pleasantly surprised with how fast I received them and the ease of ordering. I ended up needing a half size bigger and called to see what I needed to do. The customer service person was very helpful and friendly, and I received my exchanged pair in two days. I highly recommend Zappos. I only wish other companies were as wonderful to deal with as they are. Thanks, Zappos!

I received these Lucchese boots today & to my disappointment the boots didn't fit. The size 8 is not true in either width nor length. I promptly requested a shipping label for return. Thankfully Zappos offers free shipping and returns. I am going to try the Ariat rather than go to a size 9; they have better arch support and are not as narrow. My left foot was so scrunched (it felt like I was trying to fit in a size 7), and the right seemed almost as if it had been tried before as it was looser but still not a good fit. I hope to have better luck with my next order. I recommend you go a half to a full size larger if you purchase these boots. Overall, the boots have beautiful stitching and are as pretty as pictured.

Great boots. Just jazzy enough to look Western, but still in good taste. Also go with black or denim jeans because of the stitching on the black boot. I have a narrow foot and small, but can wear these comfortably with the aid of thin socks.

These are really nice boots. The colors of the threads are lovely and bold. I think they seemed pretty true to size but I\'m not keeping them because I found a different pair that I ordered at the same time to be more comfortable to me. Those also were Lucchese boots.

2nd pair of Lucchese boots, both from Zappos! I love Lucchese boots. They are comfortable and rockingly stylish! I always get compliments when I wear them. I am a true size 7 and a medium width. Lucchese has always ran true for me. I think for those of you who feel it is a narrow boot, must have a wide width foot and should order accordingly. If you normally wear a B/Med. width, then you need to try these boots on and wear them around the house. They will mold to your foot, just like a glove! I have never been disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of Lucchese and I have never been disappointed with the quality of customer service from Zappos!

Love Lucchese boots. Their fit and finish is superb! Worth every cent. They arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered them. Great customer service! The fit is perfect. Order your regular shoe size. This is my second pair in less than a year. I bought also through Zappos, the rust suede cashmere style and they are elegant and soft and very comfortable.

AMAZINGLY FAST DELIVERY!
I can't get over how fast these boots arrived! I ordered them at about 6:30 Tuesday evening. I had them by 6:00 Wednesday! I can't believe they were able to ship out on Tuesday! They are so much prettier than the picture too. I have seven other pair of Lucchese boots, and they are all so very comfortable and I am sure these will be as well. I love the stitching and detail on these. As always, they run true to size as all other Luccheses have so far. I highly recommend all Luccheses and the sale price on these could not be beat!

Comfort and style -
I was nervous to try Lucchese because I knew they were a little narrower than Old Gringo boots, but these fit like a glove! A much better fit than my Old Gringo's which are a little too loose! They are incredibly comfortable. I wear a 6.5 in most shoes and these are perfect at a 6.5!

Lucchese and Zappos are the greatest!
Gorgeous boot! As always, Lucchese has made another well-crafted boot. The stitching is beautiful, the leather soft, and the boot itself is comfortable! I wear a 7 and ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. I have a narrow foot and high arches. I wore them all day today -- got them this morning. I ordered them Saturday - got them Monday. I was going to wear them when riding; they're too beautiful. Maybe in a few years. Fantastic Service! Easy-to-use ordering. This is my second pair -- both from Zappos! The only way to shop. First cowboy boots -
I've always wanted cowboy boots and finally decided to invest in a pair after I read about Luccheses in Real Simple and happened to run into a gal wearing them at a coffee shop the same week. I wanted something with decoration on the toe since I'll wear them with un-tucked pants most of the time and these caught my eye right away. I found a local shop where I was able to try on Lucchese and a few other brands - Luccheses were the best! The fit and style exceeded the others by far. I ordered them from Zappos that afternoon and had my boots the next day. I LOVE these boots and feel like they're something I'll wear forever.

Surprised at how comfortable cowboy boots are!
I have always put off buying cowboy boots because although they look great on most people, they also look (to me, anyway) uncomfortable - I was happily surprised to find them not only beautiful quality & well-made, but extremely comfortable from the minute I put them on my foot. Zappos is first rate, too. They are quick and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I love the way these particular boots look with cargo pants, and jeans. I will most definitely be dealing with Zappos again!

I expected my boots by Monday; surprised not to have them (it is Wednesday). I checked the tracking. Sure enough it showed they were delivered; the UPS guy had put them in the garage-love that safety. I was so excited that I put them on immediately. What a perfect fit! I did as suggested and purchased half size smaller. I will wear them tomorrow and looks like I'll be back for more if this is any indication and they wear well. Oh, the Pliner's I purchased are just gorgeous!!!

Worth More than They Cost -
High heels destroyed my feet and I haven't been able to wear anything but Danskos for two years. Even kitten heels are impossible for me. I need a low stable heel, good arch support and a shoe that doesn't push my weight onto the balls of my feet.
I really wanted something sleeker to wear than Danskos and after reading the reviews, I decided to give these a try.
Wow, am I pleased. First of all, they are gorgeous -- must nicer than the photo. They're really classy and interesting. The craftsmanship is what it's advertised to be -- flawless. The colors of the stitching are vivid without being garish. There was not a single mis-stitch or mark on the boots. Style-wise, I live in an East Coast city and the cowboy boot lends a little flair to my business pantsuits, and they also work with my weekend jeans.
I've been wearing the boots regularly for two weeks now. I stand on concrete all day at my job and I also do a lot of walking. Today, I worked and then did hours worth of errands, and on my way home it dawned on me -- for the first time in a couple of years, my feet were not in pain. I wasn't even thinking about my feet until I caught a glimpse of my gorgeous boots, and that's what reminded me.
I bought them in my regular size. They were snug for the first couple of days, but stretched out perfectly. I followed the advice posted here about breaking them in barefoot, which is how I wear my shoes anyway, and it's worked out well.
These were my first pair of Luccheses, but they won't be my last. The cost per wear on these boots is going to be nil -- they're going to last for years, the style is timeless and the level of comfort and style is unbeatable.
Of course, Zappos service was as perfect as the boots. I found a better price on the boots elsewhere and used the Price Protection policy with an easy phone call. Thanks Zappos and thanks Lucchese!

Gorgeous boot!
Well crafted, these aren't expensive for nothing. Seems as though they will last a lifetime; beautiful, comfortable, very, very nice boots! I wear an 8 and ordered an 8 and it fit. Not good for high arches or wide feet.

Magnificent Boots in Every Day -
My usual size was a half size too big all over for my foot, so I tried a half size smaller than my usual size and the smaller size fit perfectly. Immediate comfort, right out of the box, no wearing-it-in period. I've never worn any sort of footwear that fits my foot so well, but the first thing you notice is the incredible leather and the embroidery's detail. The color contrast between the black leather and the cognac colored heel and sole is stunningly sharp. I wear them with very thin stockings, which keep my feet almost as cool as if I were wearing sandals. They look great with jeans and also with skirts. After I bought them at Zappos, I found them at another online store for somewhat less $, and Zappos, true to their word, gave me 110 % of the difference in prices. I've walked for days in these boots. So comfy, you won't want to take them off at night. Lucchese was probably the reason that cowboys slept in their boots! And Zappos is the best - in the two years since my sister-in-law recommended Zappos to me, I haven't bought shoes anywhere else.

ZAPPOS HONORS THEIR POLICIES -
Holly smokes, so I just happened to stumble upon this website that offered these boots at a ridiculously low price...but I have been a faithful ZAPPOS customer for 2.5 years now, and TRUST them. I ordered with Zappos and they honored the %110 price guarantee (as the other site did have the same color and size that I was ordering)...woo-hoo...one extremely satisfied customer!!!!!

Awesome Boot -
I only buy Lucchese's boots because I have found they fit my foot beautifully. I can wear these boots all day long and they don't pinch or hurt anywhere! I like this particular boot because the stitching picks up any color that is worn. I wear these boots with one style of sock and stick with it in summer and winter. The leather bottom is not great for icy conditions, so I'm looking for another pair with a different material, but it'll be Lucchese! And it'll come from Zappos. They are a great customer service oriented company. Thank you Zappos for helping me with all my boot buying experiences.

Great boot!
I bought these boots as a birthday present to myself. Zappos shipped them, at no extra cost, overnight - great service as always! The boots felt comfortable from the moment I put them on and the stitching is beautiful. I wore them with regular socks and the fit was perfect. These will last a lifetime!

Wonderful boot -
These boots are just beautiful! They seem to run big. I ordered a size 8 and ended up sending them back to get a size 7.5. The smaller size fit perfectly. They are narrow though so you'll need a thin sock. Zappos customer service is wonderful!

Beautiful, but not for my wide feet -
These are truly beautiful boots -- you take them out of the box and the leather smell hits you, and you see the fine stitching, and it's a wonderful sensual experience.
When I first put them on, they felt snug, and I thought it would go away, and so I put a pair of socks over them, and wore them all day around the house. Unfortunately, my feet said "Thank you!" when I took them off, especially the foot with the bunion, so these are going back, because they're just too narrow. They offer a wide style, so I may try that although I like the look of this one better.
