Baby Smooth Leather!
Bought for daughters christening, were absolutely beautiful high end-baby shoes.

Bitter-Sweet shoe!
I love the look of this shoe. I was so excited to buy it for my baby. The problem is that they did not stay on my baby. They would slide off her feet. As she got older (5-6 months) she would kick them off. I think she wore them 4 times and I was constantly putting them on her feet the whole time.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
