My husband is extremely difficult to fit (12AAA) and these shoes fit him very nicely and look great. They're very well made and worth the price.

Great Shoes & Great Service -
Can't believe how fast Zappos got these shoes to me. Order late on a Saturday night and received them on Monday afternoon via UPS. The shoes feel a tad smaller than normal size, but will most likely be fine once they break in. They are comfortable right out of the box so I don't expect that to be long. They look great and seem to be well built.

Amazing Shoes! Awesome service! Very Impressed.
I purchased these shoes online yesterday at 4:30 pm. At 6:00 pm today, UPS delivered them to my front door. I could not be happier with the service I received from Zappos.com. I just told my wife that if anyone ever needs a good gift idea for me, to get me a Zappos gift certificate.
As for the shoes, I think my wife is jealous of them since I won't let her touch them. I think I may even sleep with them on tonight. I absolutely love them. The color and size was right on. They feel great and look even better. I can't wait to take them to the office. It feels like I just bought a brand new luxury car...I am very pleased.

I have found this pair of shoes to be extremely comfortable. They look great with a suit or a pair of khakis.

Took a while for the heel to become comfortable, but after a week, this was fine. The height of the shoe around the ankle is a bit high, and from time to time it hits the bottom of the ankle, but as the leather softens, this may improve.

 |  | Dear Zappos Friends, Today has confirmed for me that Zappos is far and away the best online shoe source and has also spoiled me rotten! Although I have experienced your great selection, quick service, and easy returns in the past, when my hair stylist recommended another website, I figured I would give them a try. I placed an order online on April 2nd. On April 8th, I checked my order status online and it was still "in process". I decided to call their customer service to confirm whether or not my shoes had shipped yet. After waiting for 10 minutes to speak to someone, I was told my shoes were indeed still in process and had not shipped. I politely cancelled my order and immediately went online to Zappos. So on April 8th I placed an order from Zappos for the exact same pair of shoes I was going to order from the other website as well as another pair that I wanted. Well friends, today is April 9th and I am sitting at my computer April 11 typing this note to you with my new shoes on my feet! See how you have spoiled me?
