I work as a nurse and during my job interview with this company the owner asked me if I had ever called Zappos. He told me that I should and to pay attention to how you guys treat your customers. I got the feeling that he wants our company to follow your lead in how we work with our customers. :) So on my lunch break I CALLED, I was very pleased with my phone conversation with your staff and the lead I talked to. I got off the phone and was in a good mood and smiling. When I got back to work I shared my experience with my co-workers. Because of this little endeavor I have a better idea of how to interact with our staff and customers. When I called I had no intention of buying anything, but because of those five little minutes, the next time I am looking for hikingsandals I will purchase them from your company.
