My First Zappos Experience -
This was my first experience with Zappos. I found the shoe I was looking for. I ordered it. I was so excited, I told my sister about my purchase. She found the shoe for less and no taxes. I called customer service and told them about my purchase. I didn't want to cancel my order. Zappos got my shoes to me in a few days, and gave me the shoes for the cost of what the other online store was going for. There was no hassle. It was great. Stride Rite is an excellent product.
I'm not too excited about making purchases online with so much identity theft going on. I have to say, "Experience with Zappos was very pleasant."
Thanks Zappos from one happy mom and son with happy feet.

Great baby/toddler shoe -
This is the second time we have bought these for our son as he grows - good traction, helps our son learn to keep his balance & walk easier without clunky soles that seem to just trip him up.

Dorian's Sandals -
I really like these sandals. They are just what I wanted. And they are sooooo cute on Dorian's little feet. I always get complements on them whenever he wears them. I hate to see him grow out of them.

Great sandals!!!
My 9 months old loves it...but it is a little narrow for his chunky feet so unfortunately he won't be able to wear them for long. I wish they would have bigger size or at least wider one.

Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
