Love the Saucony Jazz in red/white. Comfy. Cute. Sporty chic. They seem to run a half size large. I normally wear an 8, but the 7.5s feel great. Zappos' customer service rocks!

Great casual shoes! Comfortable for walking around all day. I wouldn’t wear them for serious athletic use, nor are they particularly elegant, but as someone whose main form of urban transportation is walking, I find myself eagerly reaching for these shoes.

I like bright colors, so when I saw the red Saucony's, I was hooked. I ordered them and the fit is wonderful!! They are so comfortable. I swear they make the feet look smaller!! Then I ordered the grey/lavender and for "good", the black! I also like that you have your choice of lace color with each pair. The price is right, too. Great shoes!!

Love Saucony Jazz, this is my fourth pair. These are the only athletic shoes I can find to fit my wide feet, and without a seam on the outside of the foot. I have really hard feet to fit. I tried other brands and they just will not work for me, I highly recommend these from running, to aerobics, to walking all day. Thank You Zappos for always getting me my shoes fast. I bought my newest pair and they were at my doorstep in less than 24 hours.

These are the second pair of shoes I have ordered from Zappos. I have been very pleased with both the quick shipment from Zappos (and knowing that I could ship them back if they didn't fit) and the shoes. I wish the Sacony's had a little more padding in the bottom but that is because I have arthritis in my feet. I just added a foam pad. I'm going to order another pair next month. And, thank you Zappos for the incredible selection you offer.

I have wanted a pair for a while now. When I finally got them I wasn't all that impressed. The sole is too large, and they are a little funny looking. I kept them and wear them occasionally, but I will stick with my Merrells.

I bought this shoe in 2002 (in black w/ grey and white detail) and still wear it. It's still comfy and looks even better now that the sole is grey rather than white. I love this shoe. I'm thinking of getting it in navy now as well.

This shoe is THE most comfortable gym shoe I've ever owned. By far more comfortable than Adidas, New Balance, and Nike. I love these shoes, and will ALWAYS buy this brand whenever I need gym shoes!

Durable, comfortable shoe -
I'm a valet, and I've been wearing these as my work shoes for two years now. That's a long time for a shoe to hold up to the kind of sprinting, all-terrain, all-weather activity that mine have seen! The tread is almost nonexistent now, but all the seams have held together beautifully, and they are as comfortable today as they were when I bought them. The only possible downside to the design is a lack of ankle support, but that would in no way keep me from purchasing another pair of Jazz... if mine ever do fall apart!

Disappointed -
There isn't enough padding, especially around the ankle. The pad around the ankle should be wider and it's too stiff. However, the sole had good cushion.

Great shoe!
This is my "dress up" sneaker. My work is business casual... this shoe looks more dressed up than my other shoes. plus it is very comfortable. I am thinking of ordering it in red, too. Great Price, Great looking... and really comfortable.

Walking on a cloud!
I'm not a big sneaker person, but needed a pair for an athletics class I'm taking. I ordered these cute, retro-looking shoes and had them the very next day! I should have been surprised, but order from Zappos enough to know that it was a normal occurrence. These sneakers are the most comfortable shoes I own! I put them on and they felt so perfect and had loads of support to boot!I love them so much, I'm going to get a few more pairs in different colors!

Weren't what I'd hoped -
I returned these as they were not as comfortable as I had hoped and didn't look as great as I had hoped in person. They also had these weird super long double laces that I didn't know what to do with. They made bows that dragged on the floor.

I've been wearing Saucony athletic shoes for years and they've yet to disappoint. The Original Jazz is no exception. Fit and comfort are perfect right out of the box. I feel like I can walk for hours in these shoes. And I have to add that Zappos totally rocks. I was wearing these 24 hours after I ordered them. Happy customer in every respect!

I love these shoes - They are perfect for everyday wear - I wear them to work Monday through Friday. The are very comfortable and they last a long time. This is my second pair and it's the only sneaker I buy.

the cross trainer for me!
I have a pair of running sneaks that are great for just that: running. But I was trying to wear them in classes at my gym like bosu bootcamp and cardio strike and step and all the side-to-side movement made my skinny little foot slide around in the shoes. Tightening the laces helped, but then the top of my feet would get sore.
Tried many different kicks and these kicked them all out of the competition. Great for a narrow foot, a lot more cushion and support than I'd anticipated and they look great. They really do! I keep them in my permanent locker at the gym, but I love them so much I'm considering buying another to pair to walk around in.

3 reasons I love these shoes -
I already have a pair of these in the Navy/Silver color, and own Saucony running shoes as well. I will give you 3 top reasons these shoes are the best:
1. They are cute. They can be worn with jeans or a skirt, are city utility for trekking around town and can be used for an impromptu off road hike in a pinch. They even come with two choices of laces so you can make that tough decision.
2. They are sturdy. I have a different pair of sauconys that are a little thinner and less stable, but for days when there's snow on the ground and when I'm hefting around my heavy messenger bag, these shoes have good tread and offer the stability I need. However, they are quite light and breathable, good for summer as well.
3. They last forever. I usually love my converse because they last forever too. But when I need to be kinder on my feet (does converse not know people have arches?!) and have some traction these are the tops. I have washed them countless times and they always come out looking brand new.

Do not know they are on my feet. The best way to judge the comfort level of a shoe is not to be aware of them while wearing them. These meet those criteria.

I love my Saucony Jazz. I love to order them from Zappos.com. This is my 3rd pair of Saucony Jazz- I ordered 2 pairs from Zappos- can't find a better selection anywhere else. They are the most comfortable, best fitting shoes EVER! I recommend them to anyone. They are true to size- I wear 6 1/2; I ordered 6 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Zappos.com has the best delivery service too- I ordered my shoes Wednesday morning and they were at my house Thursday afternoon! I'll purchase my Saucony Jazz from Zappos.com FOREVER...

Love the fit!
This is the only shoe that feels good on my feet. I have arthritis in my feet & have a hard time wearing /finding a shoe that doesn't hurt. Love this shoe. I have 5 pairs.

Cute and comfy -
I like that these shoes have a platform, makes me taller as well as providing comfort/cushioning. Probably best for walking not working out hard but I have used them at the gym on the treadmill and they are fine. As with most athletic shoes, go up 1/2 size. Even at a 7 (I am usually a 6.5), they are a tiny bit snug but still OK. They come with two pair (different colors) of laces. At least the grey ones did - purple and grey -- I actually laced both in at the same time!

The shoes developed holes in them next to soles along the side and even though my grandson already tossed them I wrote to you with my complaint. I never really expected any thing and then I get a note from you yesterday asking me to have my grandson choose another pair--and give me a $20 off coupon on anything I wanted!!! I was blown away!
