Great shoes -
I am very happy with my new shoes, very comfortable! I bought these with the intention of wearing them to work, as they seem quite durable, but they will look equally good for casual/dress duty. Secondly, I'd like to comment on Zappos service. I ordered these things on Tuesday night around 8pm and on Wednesday afternoon they were on my doorstep in Kansas City. VERY FAST SERVICE!!!

Comfortable over all, but runs slightly small -
This is my third pair of Keen shoes, and the first that felt smaller than marked. I normally wear a size 12, but my toes rest right up against the end of this shoe. A 12 1/2 would be perfect but that size doesn't exist in 99% of shoe brands. A 13 would have been too big. I own the Keen Austin and Lisbon as well. Of the three the Austin was the most comfortable, but they finally wore out completely after two years of heavy use. I would probably have chosen that one again if I had to do it over again. I love the looks of this shoe; I only hope they stretch just a bit to give my toes a little more room.

Very pleased -
We were very pleased with the service from Zappos and have since ordered a pair of Keen's for my daughter. I ordered the shoes for my husband's birthday and they came the very next day. These shoes run a little small, so we had to make an exchange, again we were very pleased with the service from Zappos.

Discovered Keen shoes about a year ago and have been pleased with the fit and performance. This is just my second pair. The only thing I would say is that they fit a little bigger than the last model I bought of the same size. Otherwise very happy with the shoe.

Most comfortable ever -
I bought my first pair of Keen Briggs a few years ago, when the model name was something else. I thought the style had been discontinued until I saw them on the Keen website, and it noted that the name had changed. I was ecstatic. Zappos has a good selection of colors (my original pair was the field bracken). What I like most about these shoes is that they are very comfortable and supportive. Second, I have a wide foot, and the toe box on these is cut a little wider than typical shoes, so there is no problem in the width. The shoe has a good look, and can be worn with shorts, jeans and khakis. The fact that they come waterproof is a nice added bonus, especially since I live in the Bay Area where it can get a little rainy in the winter. My original pair is still going strong and I immediately ordered two more pair in different colors for different looks. The only issue I'm having with one of the pairs is that they're a little squeaky as I'm breaking them in. I'm confident that with a few more wearings, they will soften and mellow.

Both of our boys love Keen shoes, and our older son has now outgrown the 'youth' sizes. This shoe is a great follow-on, giving plenty of durability, support and he loves the color!

These shoes are comfortable, sturdy and good looking. They seem to run a bit large though, at least in my size, 14.

Love them!
This is probably my 8th pair of keens--but this model is by far my favorite. They are comfortable--more like a good pair of hiking boots than running shoes. They last twice as long as any other comparable pair of shoes. I also LOVE the non-slip soles. Actually--I've never worn a pair out. After wearing them to work for a year, I started wearing them as yard work and gardening shoes. My first pair looks bad, but are still functional. First time ordering on Zappos. They got here fast! And I saved some money.

Bought this shoe for 11-day European trip based on other reviews. Very comfortable, lots of cushion and no blisters! Kind of a "chunky" look, but wide toe helps with comfort. I usually wear 10, but my big toe went all the way to the tip, so exchanged for 10.5; more room but almost seemed too big; seems like I had to lace tightly to compensate. Overall a great shoe for comfort and durability; I got a lot of mileage out of them on my trip...with minimal breaking in! I would not hesitate to buy another pair of Keens.

The most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! They do seem to run a half size larger than expected, but after a few days it's not noticeable. The arch support is superb. Great shoes, excellent web site!

Treads suck -
The treads on these are the worst ever. Soft rubber that will wear out in a year (way before the leather looks worn, you will have holes in your shoes).
I had the same shoes before they put this sole on (the ones with the harder rubber) and those soles lasted three years.

Keens Rule!
Keen shoes are both comfortable and stylish. I purchased this particular pair of shoes because they work just as well with a pair of jeans at the Friday night football game as with a pair of khakis in the office that morning.

My favorite street shoe -
I'm an ultra runner so all shoes are very important to me. Out of the box these are my favorite street shoes. True to size, you can wear these all day. Great large toe box. Only nit pick is the tread. Can be slippy on wet surface. This is my second pair. Love my Keen's.

Better than expected -
When not working, I wore sandals almost exclusively for a few years. Unfortunately, that changed the way I walked, even when I would wear regular shoes. I just got the Briggs and somehow they seem to force me to walk normally again, which is great! Also, these are the first shoes I have owned that have enough room for my toes. I ordered my normal size and they seem to run slightly large, but probably less than a half-size for me. When laced up properly, they are just fine. I am looking forward to walking again. As usual, Zappos shipping is amazing. They arrived at my door less than 18 hours after I ordered them.

This is a great shoe. These are the first I've worn that are both wide enough and had proper arch support for my feet. I am on my feet for eight hours+ a day and these shoes are the most comfortable I've worn. They are a bit warm during the hot summer months, but overall I love these.

Real Comfort and Has Style -
I bought the 9.5 and the 9.0 because other reviews said this shoe ran big. I did not fine that to be true. I returned the 9.0 without a problem. Credit was back on my account right away. The shoe is comfortable and has style. I trekked through Alaska with this shoe, well, trekked through a Celebrity ship and four ports.

Odd look, great shoe -
I ordered these shoes to walk (and walk) Disney World. I've got arthritis problems with the big toes and was worried about keeping up. Also prone to blisters. These shoes were a great fit and comfortable. No blisters or pain. (The steroid shots worked miracles for the pain...)
I wanted the tan (sold out) - ordered Lichen. I hope they keep making these as I will order again when this pair is shot.

Excellent shoes -
I've been wearing these shoes for about a month now, and so far they are great. I found these shoes required no break-in period and were comfortable the first day I put them on. The shoe also seems sturdy and well put together, but I suppose time will tell. I sometimes have issues with shoes rubbing the back of my heel, but not with these shoes. No complaints to report.

I bought these for my husband to wear as a work/casual shoe. This is the third pair of Keen shoes that I have bought him. I must say the only opinion that I will give is that the shoes run big. My husband wears an 11 so I buy him a 10 1/2 in the Keen brand. These are by far his favorite shoes and because of that we bought a pair of hiking boots to try out.
I would recommend these shoes to anyone who spends a great time on their feet.

Great all-purpose shoe.
This is my 4th pair of the Briggs or Bronx as it was first named. I find it an excellent all-purpose shoe. It is very durable and the fit is perfect for me. ONE NOTE: The Briggs-named model seems to be a half size larger than the Bronx model in my case. I took a 12 in the Bronx and 11 1/2 in the Briggs. It may be that the newer footbeds are considerably thinner than the ones in the Bronx models. However, the newer models perform just as well or even better much to my surprise. Worth a try if you are looking for a comfortable, sporty all-around shoe.

Finally, a therapeutic shoe!
This is my first pair of Keens. They were recommended by my orthopedic doctor, and they do indeed have therapeutic effect on my aching feet. Because of my really high arches, my toes tend to spread out. The wide toe on the Keen keeps my toes from cramping up. And the Briggs look great, in my opinion. A great amount of pain has been relieved by these shoes.

 |  | Your team rocks! On Labor Day (9/1) I ordered two pairs of Hunter boots because I wasn't sure which was going to fit best. First off, I get an email the next day telling me I'm receiving my boots priority. So that day, 9/2, I received my boots – after ordering on a national holiday, no less! I was wowed! I tried on both pairs. The ones that were too small I knew I wanted to return. The other ones looked like they had been worn before. I easily printed the return label/form for the smaller boots. I called customer service for the exchange and they handled it effectively and efficiently. She told me to send back both pairs of boots and a new pair would be sent priority. I assumed she meant after Zappos had received the returns. Nope! In fact, I received the correct boots today, on 9/3. How crazy is that? To order boots on a holiday, 9/1, and have the entire receive-return-receive wrapped up 48 hours later? AWESOME! Thank you for your team's great service. I've ordered before and now am even more of a fan for the service I received when something isn't exactly right. And that telephone recording with you and Serena Williams! Brilliant!
