The most comfortable Timberland shoes I have ever worn. No break in period. The titanium toe is unnoticeably light and the toe box is very roomy. You don't even notice you have these shoes on, which is the way it should be. My only complaint is that the laces could have been a little nicer, maybe even with steel tips to prevent fraying. But those can be replaced inexpensively if you so choose.

Great work shoes, I really appreciate the light weight after wearing these for 10-12 hours a day. The last pair were durable; I had them for close to 3 years wearing them just about every day. The new ones I just received are exactly the same; I expect to get another 3 years out of them.

These shoes are the best safety/steel toe shoe that I have ever worn. I am on my feet for long timeframes and are very comfortable. I will definitely buy another pair when these wear out.

Haven't owned them long, but I have done some walking in them, and they are very comfortable. Not too heavy and look good!

Best work shoe I have ever had.
I purchased the brown T-Pro Titan Oxford in 2007. It has been the most comfortable work shoe I have ever had. I was so impressed with the shoe that I recently purchased the black, and now I have 2 pairs...black & brown...Life is great!!!

Great - I have owned these for over a year now and they still are in good condition. Best work boot I've ever had. I work in an auto shop and with all the oil and diff fluid that they end up in, I am impressed (no slipping and still in good condition). As others claim there is no break in period, which I loved. The toe is very, very strong. However, I had a hydraulic lift bend the toe yesterday hence I'm on to buy another pair. The toe held up great considering there was an econoline filled with stuff on the lift as it came down. I think were it any other steel toe I'd probably had some damage done.

Timberland PRO's TiTAN® Oxford Safety Toe Low -
The shoes are very comfortable, sturdy, and durable. I have had them for nearly three weeks now and they seemed broken-in from day one. They do seem a half size larger (length and width) than my regular 13s. I was most impressed, not by the shoe, but the quality of service rendered by the Zappos customer service team. Delivery was made the day following the placement of my order. Even though, the website stated to allow 3-4 business days for delivery. Thanks Zappos for GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Feel pretty good, but: DO NOT WORK IN THEM -
Shoes looked great out of package. Looks like a mix of a dress shoe and a work boot. I loved these shoes until I started to wear them and they started to come apart. The leather on the toe of the shoe will tear with great ease. A dog was walking by me and stepped on them which caused huge gashes in the shoe. Leather then began to just wear away around other places of the shoe that came in any contact with ANYTHING and especially at the top of the shoe where the ankle is. The minor act of walking in these shoes has caused the ankle to wear away. I am not rough in them but they appear to have been through hell.

I bought these for my husband after reading the other reviews. He's on his feet all day and has pain in his heels. He absolutely loves these shoes. He doesn't have near the discomfort he used to at the end of the day. Worth every penny! And as always, great service from Zappos. Ordered one day, had them the next.

Very good shoes -
I was looking for a good pair of shoes to use in a kitchen where there is grease, soap, chemicals, oil and I was always scared to fell...because there was no traction or grip and honestly...I almost give up...I wore before shoes for crews, payless shoes, chef wear and none of them worked the way I needed; even Dr. Martens shoes. So far these shoes are the best and make me feel secure when I walk around the kitchen. Important things that caught my attention were: no bad odors inside, genuine leather and the inner sole to protect against the electricity and the titan safety toes. Thank you so much...

My husband loves these shoes!
My husband has had a lot of trouble with his feet and these shoes seem to be giving him the support he needs. He loves them. I searched a long time for a pair that was oil resistant and within our price range. These are perfect.

Great work boots!
These boots are extremely comfortable I use them while working at Federal Express as a ramp agent. They have protected my toes from up to 10,000 lbs of weight while pushing cargo cans off of airplanes.

Great Work Shoe!
I bought these shoes over 2 years ago. I work in the petroleum industry and have put these shoes through some serious abuse. The steel toe stood up to a 300lb metal lid that accidentally fell on my foot. The slip resistance soles work wonderfully and the antistatic feature is great for working around fuel. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they are comfortable, too! I will be buying another pair before the end of the year.

Ahhhhh, Finally!
I bought these based on other reviews of this shoe. This is finally the first steel toe shoe that feels good on my feet. I always have had trouble with the steel toe cutting into the side of my big toe and this makes it impossible to wear all day at work. NOT these. SO comfortable. And Zappos had these at my door in LESS than 24 hours. Thanks!! I found my new work shoe. I am very happy. Very, very happy.

Best shoe I have worn.
I have to say these are the best shoes I have ever worn. I am on my third pair because they are so good. I work in the the automotive industry and I am very hard on them. These shoes still last a full year. They feel good on the first day of wear, no break in is needed. The last pair I bought Zappos had to me in less than 24 hours after I ordered them, which is just amazing to me.

Best work shoe I've ever worn.
I'm on my feet most of my shift as an aircraft maintance technician. These shoes are extremely comfortable all day long. I actually feel less fatigued at the end of the day. Besides the comfort, they are slip resistant and the titanium toe is light and strong. I got the wide width which on a lot of shoes is still not enough, however these are. I highly recommend these to anyone who is out in the field and in harsh environments.

These are truly well finished looking boots which have held up well in conditions other boots I have had couldn't. Immediately comfortable, no break in needed though they did come up a bit long. Will buy same again next time.

Extremely lightweight, did not feel at all like wearing a steel toe shoe. No break in period needed although when laced all the way up around the ankle was tight causing some rubbing on the ankle. Just left laces out of top holes and everything was much better.

Nice shoe....
The ONLY complaint I have about this shoe is that you can feel where the steel toe comes to an end inside the shoe. It gave me a blister on the side of my toe. Ouch. However, the shoe, otherwise, is well made, top quality and just the look I was after. I am a professional in a huge warehouse and am on my feet all day. I think the shoe should have a bit more padding where the steel toe stops inside the shoe. Other than that, it's a very nice shoe.

Titan Quality -
Straight last and slightly narrow in wide size. The laces are cheap and do not hold knots well. Replace them as soon as you get them. This shoe could be a problem for a high instep as they are tight around the ankle. Good for walk ability. Found it to be a fair fit overall. Expected better from Timberland.

I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes.
