Solid Classic Boot -
In consideration with the other reviews, I ordered a half size smaller than normal-- and the fit was perfect. These boots in particular are wider than typical narrow western boots. I usually wear mediums and these fit well. Also, I'm 5'2" and the deep V shaft makes my legs look longer. For the price, I'm very happy with the boot.

Great boots at a great price -
These are my first cowboy boots and I love them! I am only five feet tall so the height of the boot is perfect for wearing with dresses as well. They take some time getting used to, but I think that would be any cowboy boot. I would definitely recommend!

Cutest boot ever!
This boot looks even better in person! I love it and it seems very versatile, will go with anything! It seems very narrow around the toes, and I have very narrow feet. I'm hoping they'll stretch a tiny bit. Very slippery to walk in, so I bought grips for the bottom of the shoe and they're okay now. Definitely worth the price!

I purchased these for my teenage daughter. She loves them! They are very comfortable. She has muscular calves and sometimes has trouble finding boots, but these are perfect. Great Zappos service as always.

Marvelous Cowboy Boots for First-timers! So comfy~
I am extremely picky with shoes because I have flat feet and weak ankles. After trying so many boots out there, I think this pair is the BEST!! Even though these boots look a little stiff, they are unbelievably COMFORTABLE. They just need to 'seasoned' it for a day; after that, I can walk in 'em all day! I live in Boston and this pair keeps me warm all winter. Unfortunately, the glossy base makes this boot unsuitable for snow. On top of that, this pair is so eye-catchingly beautiful~ I received so many compliments in the first week. A good buy. A great investment!

Lots of compliments!
Boots look great, and are comfortable. Leather is a bit stiff the first few days, but I am sure they will wear nicely. I wear a 7.5 C in Lucchese but ordered a 8 B with these and they fit great. I had to return another pair, and the return process worked great, but it took 2 weeks for my gift certificate to "revitalize". I received both pairs in 3 days.

Just got my boots this morning, wear it immediately to shoping, they feel so comfortable. Love this boot!
This boot fit perfectly, tight across the toes, loose in the heel. Danced all night the first time I wore them. The leather is soft, the design is lovely. My Texas boyfriend thought they rocked!

Perfect color and style-
These boots are so comfortable; I've wanted to wear them everyday. They look great with jeans; I get compliments on them all the time. The color is a perfect brown for all the clothes in shades of brown this season. They were very easy to break in.

I Love these boots!!
Ordered an 8 and 1/2 and they were true to size.
These cowboy boots didn't slide up and down as much on the back of my heels as my Luchese boots.

I currently live with my husband in Europe, and I think it's awesome that even out here we can order from Zappos. Thanks also for shipping my order so rapidly, since it was first sent to our US address and from there to Europe. In total it only took 8 days for my boots to arrive.
The boot itself is perfect. It feels true to size I normally wear size 8 and that is also the size I ordered and it fits great. I love how soft the leather is, if you compare that to the boots they sell out here there is a world of difference.
I would recommend these boots to anyone.
I furthermore recommend Zappos to everyone here, they can use my US address for shipping since you don't ship international. Zappos should consider shipping international if you ask me, there is a market here that is used to paying too much for a small selection low quality shoes.

Justin boots -- great comfort and value -
I have been looking for some reasonably priced but good looking brown boots for some months. I ordered these along with a pair of Luccheses but found the Justins beautiful and far more comfortable. Wore them for an entire day last week and was astonished at the comfort and style. Great looking and good quality leather.

These are a classic. I wear a wide, and they feel fine. They will need breaking in, but that's expected. You will need to buy some kind of skid stop for the soles, they are slick. Very well made. Great quality of leather.

The boots look great. My only problem is that my heel comes up. Not sure if that is the way they are supposed to fit, or if I should try a 1/2 size smaller. Just to be safe, I might try to reorder them in a smaller size. As for the look of the boot, I love it. Just hope I find the correct fit.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
