Best purchase in 50 years -
Never before have I purchased ANY shoe or boot that did not require several days to "break-in" to be comfortable. Not so with these - I was able to wear them for a full day the very first time out of the box. Also, your shipping was even better than expected! You have acquired a customer for life.

My wife insists on getting me better shoes for my feet because I am diabetic. I have to agree they feel better now that I have been wearing these Rockport's. I am on my feet all day long and they feel great all the time.

Found the shoes I wanted -
I was searching for these Rockport shoes since I had previously had a pair some year’s ago. I found them at Zappos and they met all the requirements I wanted. The style, comfort, and good looks were exactly what I was wanting them to be.

Rockport shoes are the best.

Great Shoe!
Am well pleased with this shoe. It fits fine, is very comfortable, and looks great! I normally have a difficult time getting a shoe to fit as I have a short, wide foot, but this shoe is great!

I work in a prison all day, and I am on my feet the entire time. I have found these shoes to be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, bar none.

Just what you expect from Rockport: a shoe that you can wear comfortably all day. Don't look great, don't look hideous. I can only hope they wear as long as other Rockports in my closet.

The Perfect Wide Shoe -
Rockport has designed the perfect shoe for the wider widths. Most brands that offer EE and wider, merely make the center portion of the shoe wider, and taper it into the same narrow toe as the regular widths. This results in cramping the toes on the outside of the foot. Rockport's Prowalker M7100 utilizes a more square design in the toe, which eliminates any cramping or pinching. The shoe is one of the most comfortable I have ever had.

Great Shoe - Great Price -
This shoe isn't as well padded as my Rockport 8100, but it is still a good walking shoe. The 7100 isn't quite as thick in the sole, but should do fine for my daily walking routine. Zappos shipping was remarkably fast. Ordered at 9 p.m. and shoes were delivered the next day before 12 noon. Wow - what great service!

Sore feet -
Perhaps I misinterpreted the Prowalker name, but these shoes have no padding and my feet and legs ache after 8 hours of work. I run a machine and basically walk back and forth about 10 feet all day long. I was expecting more padding. They are comfortable and do not rub, but I could not imagine walking all day in them.

A Walking Experience -
This shoe has more than met my expectations. I am required to wear an orthotic device in my shoes to compensate for a short leg. This shoe had the necessary depth and still allowed for a comfortable walk from right out of the box. I left on holiday immediately after the shoe arrived and walked for what seemed like miles. No problems at all. The sizing is true as I understand 9.5 W to be. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who has trouble walking and wants to feel a fair share of comfort at the end of the day.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: ECCO Seawalker Tie - if no orthotic device is needed. This particular shoe is worth every penny for comfort and looks.

This was the third consecutive purchase I made of the same shoe, size and color. I never did this for any other shoe during all of my 82 years! Apparently Rockport has discontinued making them. This I consider a mistake and a shame! On the Zappos website you stated that there were only three pair left in stock. Several other sources had none.
So this pair may have to last me for the rest of my life.

Glad they still carry this shoe.
This is the shoe I wear when I travel. My current pair have been all over the world and I was sad when I realized that they were wearing out. I was glad that I found the identical pair at Zappos.

Walking Shoes -
Fit and comfort were exact for my size. I have a high instep and high arch and these are great for comfort. I had been using running shoes for walking when going on vacation, etc., but for long periods of wearing them, my feet were always tired. These have relieved my of that problem. I would not use them for running, but for traveling and everyday walking they are perfect. I would buy them again, when needed.

Best Shoe Ever!
I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes that really fit but this is the only shoe that really feels great. My wife bought these for me because I was walking out of the ones I had, I had been wearing those for 2 years but I could not find my size so my wife found them here and the service was great. We were surprised how quick we received them. Thank You and we will order again.

These have proven to be the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I order them over and over again. I do use an orthotic insert for extra arch support.
