I love these shoes! They look great with jeans or dress pants and since they mold to your feet, it's like walking barefoot. The comfort level is incredible and they are so easy to wear. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who is looking for something easy to wear and very comfortable. Definitely a shoe that will last a lifetime.

I've always heard that Birkenstocks were so comfortable, but I didn't think these were that comfortable.

My review...
I haven't worn Birks in about 10 years or more. I was a little hesitant. But after the last pair of shoes that failed to keep my feet feeling pain free, I decided to go for a brand that makes their shoes good for your feet.
They are the most fantastic shoe I have worn in a really long time. NO problem standing for 8 hours a day at work. They look sexy, and make me feel hot!

My FAVORITE shoe -
I've owned a pair of Birkenstock Boston’s for four years now, and they're my favorite shoes! I wear them all the time and they're so comfortable, although it's true it does take more than a week to break them in. The suede hasn't shown too much wear. The only complaint I have is that I had to replace the sole a couple years ago because it was wearing through to the cork at the heel. Also, I usually wear around a 40, but I have this shoe in a 38 and I'm happy with the size (even with socks).

The best but not for me.
I ordered these shoes because I like them. Recently, I have developed a lot of foot problems. I need a lot of room in the toe area. Unfortunately, they weren't high enough or wide enough for me. I gave them to my daughter who only takes them off to go to bed. A happy ending.

Wide enough for women's wide foot.
I was doubtful that these shoes would be wide enough for my feet when I ordered them. But they are and they don't put pressure on the bunion area of my foot. (I had bunion surgery 3 years ago and refuse to wear any shoes that hurt my feet!) They are very comfortable to wear and have a good arch support so I don't need my orthotics with them. I was looking for a closed toe shoe that I could wear with skirts and pants to be a little more dressy than my open-toe Birks. I wish that the toe wasn't so boxy looking, but a do like the larger toe area so that my feet aren't pinched. I like my choice!

It looked nice and I chose it because I wanted a shoe that is casual and comfortable, but not this shoe. It is hard as a rock. I have to put a jelly-like cushion in the shoe for some comfort and that still is not satisfactory. All that money I paid for this shoe was not worth it.

Bought for my teenage son. He loves the fit. Takes awhile getting used to (no back), but he was 100% satisfied. Good quality product.

My sister has had a pair of Birks just about forever. Although she raves about them constantly (they are almost the only shoes she wears) and I had heard good things about Birkenstocks from other people, I hesitated to buy any because the ones I've seen always seemed far too wide for my feet. Thanks to Zappos, I discovered they come in a narrow size as well, which I purchased as recommended, and that makes all the difference. They fit beautifully and are incredibly comfortable to walk in. I wish I'd bought mine years ago! I received them sooner than expected too. Thanks Zappos! I've bought shoes here before, and I'll definitely be back for more. Beats going to the mall anytime.

Nice shoe -
I bought this shoe originally because I needed a wide toe box. I have worn Birks in the past, and liked them, but found them to be uncomfortable when standing for long periods of time, which I found to be true with these the first time I wore them. However, they seem to be getting better the more I wear them. I believe the foot bed actually conforms to the shape of your foot as you wear them over time. So I am pleased with this shoe for the most part. Good arch support and I love the style!

I've been wearing my Birks since the day I got them. They are so comfortable and I can wear them anywhere. They were marked as being a size 8-8.5, and being a size 8, they do fit a little big but that makes it so that I can wear them barefoot in the summer and with thick socks underneath in the winter.

A Comfy Shoe!
I love these shoes. I teach school and wear them every day. My feet don't hurt at all. I have fought plantar fasciitis for years and these are the only shoes that I can wear and wear without the orthodics. They are great! I normally wear a size 9 and bought the size 40. It was just right!

Birkenstock for hubby -
My husband loves these shoes! He had the same style in the birkenflor that we purchased at another store and the material split so he wanted to replace them. The price was less than anywhere else and the shoes that I purchased for him the afternoon before were delivered the next day. I would certainly recommend Zappos.

My daughter bought the Bostons to take to college in the dark gray. She liked the ease and style for college life, therefore, I bought the chocolate leather for her for Valentine's Day. Less calories than Godiva and better for her health.

Paradise at last!!!
Birkenstocks are the best. I have finally accepted the fact that my back and feet hate heels and bought a pair (now I own many). I'm so happy that I did. Plantar fasciitis is getting better and heel spurs no longer bother me. What more does a person need??

As good as advertised -
This is my first shoe of this brand. I always thought they were so wide, they looked funny on my feet. Then I read somewhere that this shoe comes in a narrow which is the usual size that is sold here in the US. So I tried a narrow and it worked. I have bunions and this is a very comfortable shoe which comes in a wide variety of colors and styles.

Exceptionally comfortable and well-made. I prefer my Boston’s for cool weather, and switch to Arizona’s or Zurich for warmer seasons. I'm on my third pair of Boston’s, and I've loved every one.

I'm pleased to have found a Birkenstock for narrow feet! I had never before been able to enjoy the comfort that everyone else claimed with these shoes--- they were always TOO BIG!

Best shoes ever purchased -
I bought my first Birkenstocks about 6-7 years ago and I am still wearing them they are the comfiest hardest wearing shoes ever and everyone should own at least one pair I think I now have 4 or 5 pairs in my wardrobe , the best purchase you'll ever make.
