I realize you cannot make all of my wishes come true but I would like to write to the president of Zappos to inform him of what a wonderful staff he has. Too many people complain in this world but I believe he should know how fortunate he is to have all of you!!!!! Even though I do believe that all of you are drinking way too much coffee!!!! Seriously, I hand write my letters and they are very well written and sincere and you have all been immensely wonderful to me.
