	To the Zappos work staff: Just allow me to say you are the epitome of legendary customer service make-my-day amazing. I turned to you for service because you have been so prompt and friendly with my previous orders. My latest order was somewhat urgent because I use a toaster oven for most of my hot meal preparations and my 10 year old machine suddenly burned out. I was willing to wait for a ground shipment of 3-4 days, but no, not only did you have the item I needed in stock, but you e-mailed me that it will be priority shipped just because you like me as a customer!
