First off, Zappos is absolutely fantastic! I ordered this boot on Saturday and got them Monday. The boots themselves are great looking and great feeling. They went on snug, close to tight, I took about 5-6 steps and I couldn't feel the tightness anymore?! It's like they broke in within those few steps. I'm considering them for motorcycle riding, but I like the look so much that I know I would have to order another pair just for the motorcycle. By the way, I ordered both the black and brown pair.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Frye for the looks, not the price. Docs and Born are all I tend to wear.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
