This bag is a great alternative to the normally hideous portfolio bags. Better quality and much lighter than I expected (which is a definite plus when the things you are putting in the bag are already heavy). Cute details like a the leather laced chain. Would have liked some more pockets outside or inside, but, it still works! I'm happy with this purchase.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
