I love these shoes; comfortable, well made, true to size, and look great with jeans. I ordered Tuesday, got them Wednesday, and am wearing them on Thursday (no break-in period) and once again, no one can top Zappos for service. I will be a Zappos shopper for life! Just don't you step on my blue suede shoes!

	Zappos.com Customer Loyalty Team, To say that I am impressed is an understatement. A friend recommended Zappos.com to me and my boots where my first purchase; my beautiful handbag my second. Not only did my purchases arrive within a day, when I thought it would take four to five, the ease with which returns are possible (the larger tote made me look like an elf so I downsized) guarantee I will be shopping with you again! As I said in my original e-mail, I have only worn the boots several times, but I have had countless people ask where I got them and have directed them your way. Yesterday the lady that checked me out at a store could not stop talking about my bag and when I told her where and how I got it she asked for the website and I promptly wrote it down for her.
