I just wanted to say THANK YOU to your amazing team of persons at Zappos. The ENTIRE shopping experience has been PERFECT. I purchased my 'dream come true' boots, & although you didn't have anything to do with 'making' them you had everything to do with me getting them finally. I have been looking for them since I saw them (or this design) in Spain 5 yrs ago. Locally I found them only in one place & they were sold out. Again sold out on the store web site, & nowhere else had anything like them. But at Zappos...BINGO! And, I received them in only TWO days. You are fantastic! Thanks!
