Fabulous boots, perfect for Chicago winters -
My sister wanted a truly waterproof snow boot that was warm and cute. I looked EVERYWHERE for good options, and this was the perfect find. She loves the boots and claims to wear them almost every day.

This boot is really comfortable and pretty warm for the Chicago winters. They are cute and it is easy to fit any kind of pant into the boot because of the zipper and the laces. My only complaint is that when the streets/sidewalks get really slushy, some water soaked through the boot to my foot.

Bastien Ivy Boot -
Unfortunately I had to send this item back to Zappos. I did not find the width of the boot as described as running wide per previous reviews. I found the boot to be quite true to size. I had ordered a half size larger than I generally wear. The boot was not only too wide for me, but a little long. The ankle did not have a lot of support.
The overall boot was very cute, but the actual item did not look as portrayed in the Zappos photo. The boot has white fur, not black.
All things considered, Zappos has been a delight to deal with and I will do so again.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Bastien's Camille.

Perfect winter boot!
I love these boots! They are comfortable and so cute! They are so soft and warm. I have worn them with jeans and skirts.

 |  | I wanted to call and commend you on the customer service I received and how thrilled I was to find Zappos. I will definitely be ordering again and again. The town I live in, here in Wyoming does not have many shopping options and I would need to travel about 5 hours for a major shopping trip. This is a fabulous service with free shipping on orders and also for returns. I know of several people here that will enjoy using your service also and I am certainly going to tell them about Zappos.
