Received a pair with a factory defect. I spoke to Donna in customer service and she had the next pair inspected. I received them the next day even though she said I would not. The boots are fantastic. Fit finish is what I have always heard about Lucchese. The fit is what boot wearers expect, snug instep with slight heel slip. I expect that they will break in perfectly. This along with the fantastic customer service means that Zappos is my go to place for shoes.

 |  | Wow. I placed an order online in Seattle yesterday at 2pm and this morning before I finished my first cup of coffee a UPS guy was standing in front of me with my shoes. I was going to ask if he had a shoehorn and could put my shoes on, because it was almost like being in a shoe store it was so fast. And best of all, it was free shipping. I feel like leaving you guys a tip or something. But I’ll tell you what, 3 other people in my office saw what went down and they were all on Zappos today shopping and I know they told a few friends.
