I love these boots! I have wide calves and these fit great. I usually have a difficult time finding boots that fit. I can even wear them over my skinny jeans. I usually wear an 8 and these fit just perfectly. I bought the grey suede. I highly recommend these.

I'm super pleased with these boots. They're stylish and well made. The 2 1/4 inch heel is nice, because it gives you some lift, without killing your feet. As far as wide calf goes, these boots just zip all the way up, but there's no room for jeans to be tucked into them for me. I'll just be wearing them under jeans or with skirts. Overall, I'm very happy with these, and I'd recommend them.

I ordered a 9.5W (a little bigger than usual) and Wide Calf. I really thought they had shipped me a size 7 by mistake because I could not even get my foot into the boot itself! But these boots must run extremely small. The brown color is much darker than I wanted; you could really pass them off for black. I'm very glad that Zappos has an easy return policy. I'm disappointed that these boots were not even close to fitting.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
